Garth and Austin were exceptional at communicating arrival time, not only the day before the appointment but also just prior to arriving. They were polite and courteous during the entire appointment. They showed up, carted away my junk, and we're gone within half an hour. Fast, reliable, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this business.

Very pleased with the service. The team was very professional and friendly. I booked a three hour time window, and the team arrived within that time period (they phoned to let me know they were on the way, and arrived shortly after the call).After looking at the item that I requested to be pick up (an old sectional), I was provided with the fee involved, and it was very reasonable.Overall, great service. I would definitely use them in the future if I needed something picked up, and would gladly recommend them to other people.
