My outdoor fireplace suddenly stopped working. Dreading having to wait around all day for someone to come and fix it, I called Hilltop Plumbing. Deanna answered the phone and she was very nice and very pleasant. She actually had someone available for the very next day! Wayne showed up right at the beginning of the window of time I was given, was very polite and presentable, came in and fixed the issues, cleaned up after himself and left in no time at all. I highly recommend Hilltop as a reliable, pleasant and efficient business to deal with. Thanks Hilltop!

Prompt and Efficient: Right from the initial contact, Hilltop Plumbing Company demonstrated exceptional responsiveness. They promptly scheduled an appointment and arrived at the agreed-upon time. Their efficiency was evident throughout the entire process, as they wasted no time in assessing the problem and devising an effective solution.

Jordan was well-informed and friendly and his intuition proved correct after testing, confirming his knowledge! He was helpful regarding both our heat pump and on-demand hot water. Will work with Hilltop again!

Hilltop plumbing responded the same day we phoned them about our dead tankless water heater. Jessie showed up and did a great job getting our hot water back. Jessie was knowledgeable, polite, and personable and worked quickly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Hilltop plumbing and Jessie.

Hilltop just finished a 2nd project for us; an upgrade to the venting on our Navien hot water tankless heater and replacement of our aging noisy AC unit with a new quiet heat pump attached to our existing Trane gas furnace. The service manager (Brent) kept in touch with us after quoting the project to make sure everything went smoothly. Their dispatch system keeps you updated via text and email as to exactly when they will arrive for each visit. The service staff (Jesse & Jeff) were so professional and knowledgeable. They were extremely careful to protect our flooring while they worked. Once done, they cleaned up everything perfectly. Great service and value.

Despite its a local plumbing company, the service and the value proposition isn’t what it used to be. Appointments get booked incorrectly, phone numbers didn’t get recorded correctly or the business operation is flawed. Initially want to support local biz, but when the business takes you for granted and charge you like Vegas, don’t look back and run. Because if they cannot fix something, they can always replace it for more. Older doesn’t always mean better, it might means they know how to charge you better, not necessarily providing better service. After calling several times to reach the business manager, not one follow up. Profit chasing is important for business, but at least makes the customers feel good about it.

The Hilltop team were very considerate while working within our home. Quite , efficient, and laid floor runners on all floors. Communicated on all aspects of the job. This is the 2nd project they have done for us. I actually have them coming back for a 3rd project for some new electrical work I need done. I would recommend Hilltop for any home project. Dylon did a great job fixing our air conditioning issues. I tried installing one on my own (I don’t advise) and Dylon was able fix everything. Thank you very much and I highly recommend for the excellent service.
