Employees of the company are rude and untrustworthy. They do not answer calls or issues when students call. Since they keep records of parents phone numbers they choose when to answer. House was also in truly bad condition. Avoid if you have another option.

Horrible building. Been here for almost 3 years. Not One Single bit of maintenance has been done, and I've asked... Multiple times. Windows leak, ants, roaches and rats are infesting the the entire building. Was just told they will not be renewing my lease due to renovations" taking place this summer. If I could give zero stars I would."

Cancelled our lease with less than a month before move-in, and less than a month's notice! Extremely unprofessional

Not the best property management company. Owner seems to be a pretty big dink,

Unkept building with an ant infestation (this was one of their nicer properties). They don’t care about you just a dime, Louis (the owner) is incredibly rude and very hard to work with. They like to lie and use EXTREMELY misleading information, I really would recommend staying away. Especially after seeing recently how positive a landlord/tenant relationship should be.

They ignore tentants emails and calls, horrible landlords, apartments falling apart with rodents in the walls, caught a lot of rats, they allow tenants to smoke which makes the hallways smell disgusting. Avoid these properties at all costs.

I used to have a positive review but moving out changed my entire perspective.I left the place spotless, passed inspection and got a little more than half of my damage deposit back. And only because I had to follow up using a blocked number because they wouldn't answer my calls. Then Louis (pretty much oscar the grouch) accused me of forcing them to miss out on a month's rent. (which never happened). Here's what they do: They offer $100 dollars off the first month's rent for an early renewal. For all other landlords, as per the tenant's board, they are supposed to allow you to go month-to-month after the first year. When you sign early, they do not amend your auto-deposit, you have to ask for that money back or simply send an e-transfer -$100 (I often wonder how many people they got to sign early and never refunded). For my second year, I was searching for new housing; knowing that they would start showing 3 months in advance, I waited until the last month (as it is my right to do so when a landlord applies undo duress on you to re-sign). Luckily I was able to find housing but quite frankly, Louis Wolfson is an absolute deviant. The behaviour towards the end equates to harassment; I had Louis bang on my door and try to enter while my gf was in the shower (whereby I almost called the police AND tenant's board), 7 calls a day, and the tone and language used should not be used by any landlord. All in all, I couldn't be happier to be out of their overpriced, cubicle of an apartment. Don't get duped by the nice appliances; if you even fart too loud you could get a noise complaint in 2759 windsor street. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Fixed term leases so you have to move so they can raise the rent higher.

Terrible experience living here. Poorly maintained buildings, issues do not get fixed unless you are calling the office multiple times until they finally decide to do something. They lied to me about building services when I signed the lease and when I asked they said they thought it was available already but turns out it wasn’t, but that it was a work in progress and would become available (a month before I moved out, thanks). When you voice a concern and nothing is done, you can speak to the owner who is incredibly condescending, arrogant and downright rude. Units are overpriced. The lady in the office is nice and friendly, but the company as a whole drags its feet when it comes to maintaining the building.
