Very welcoming. Room was very neat and clean. Excellent experience.

Mushfiq is an AMAZING host. When my flight was suddenly cancelled, he provided an incredibly affordable place to stay and accommodated me despite the late booking.

Very awful place to live. Dirty washroom, host is charging extra money from what he told on phone and tell the terms and conditions after charging the money. It feels like you are in prison because he has a time limit after that you cannot go in and out for any emergency or he charge you extra money for that if you have to in any situation also he said he switch off his phone after 11 pm which means after 11 pm guests may die in his house he don’t care. No Safe parking had to park on road which is not safe don’t want anybody to face the same problem or more so stay in your car instead of staying at this place.

Its actually a house not an hotel, with like 5 rooms in, with shared bathroom for everyone, also there is a washing machine and laundry in the bathroom. It really confused me. Not my preference otherwise I could’ve booked an Airbnb. There was no breakfast given, also the room I had, have very dimmed light, lots of musical instruments, I don’t think I’ll come back there. I think probably there are better accommodation elsewhere.

Wonderful host. 5 stars for his hospitality, friendliness and approachability. He goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable which is appreciable. It was my first trip to Ottawa but didn't felt like one. That's the beauty of Mac b and b. Before entering the premise it looks like any other house over there, but Mushfiq's sir's musical abode in basement is the game changer. His music is like a food for the soul. Definitely recommend this place.

Very terrible place to stay. If you need a place to stay in Ottawa and you can't get one please stay in your Car if this is the only place you can get. Yes I said that. Host has an attitude problem from the day we arrived. The room and washroom stings, the TV wasn't working and attitude was nothing to write home about. 10:30pm this guy was playing music so loud when he has guest in his house, he never told us anything, only to show up 15mins later, saying he has a music class and we should wait he will be done soon, like who does such? We called booking.com to explain what we experience, he showed up few minutes (I guess booking.com called him) yelling at you to leave his house and get a refund. He refused to refund the full amount, saying we checked in late despite the fact the cancelation was due to his inability to fulfill his own part of the contract. (My boyfriend is yet to receive the refund via his credit card). Before I forget, from time to time, he comes close to door trying to eavesdrop. Very sneaky guy.

Host Said Mushfiq was wonderful. From our first phone info session to my last day stay, he was gracious, generous and as a gifted musician & vocal coach, he freely gave me his time, encouragement. Supper was tasty but pricey.

Lovely air b&b with friendly owners who go above and beyond. Located outside of the business of the city but not too far from stores and restaurantsRoom was very cozy and had a nice home like aesthetic

We absolutely loved our experience here, not sure who had a bad experience or why but the cleanliness and service was top tier. Had a very enjoyable breakfast and stay, would recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be back!
