Our solar panels have not been installed yet, but our experience to date has been positive. From our initial contact, we have been kept updated, informed and supported. Lots of technical information to digest and consider, along with upgrades and modifications to existing items in and on our home. The Polaron team have been good at assisting us through the entire process since the initial start date in October 2022.

When we wanted to get solar panels, we decided to get Polaron to handle it.They knew the ins and outs and prepared us for any hoops we'd need to jump through.Any time we had a question or concern, we usually had a response within 24 hours.This may not be important to mention, but they look pretty great too. :)

We used Polaron, they were really good. The company has done many installs and gave us confidence in the quality of the work from quoting, to permitting, to install. Our house was clearly not a challenge for them and that gave us confidence as we got into this new feature for our house.They were very efficient with time on site and navigating all permits. I did zero communication with the municipality or the utility, it was all handled by Polaron.We handled the applications and process for the federal greener homes grants, and we covered the costs of some upgrades to add a subpanel in our electrical room. All manageable.
