Horrible meeting and greeting! I went to ask for tire repair abd the guy was even not willing to reply for a greeting ...very poor meeting and greeting ... I left right away and decided not to visit this place again.I saw your irrelevant reply and cannot even believe that you guys care for your business. That is awful! My negative experiences has nothing about waitingYou even unable to address the actual issue!

Customer service is horrible. The guys doesn’t know how to talk to customers and he apparently is running a business. Lol what a joke this place is, $60 for changing tires on rim ? I rather change them myself than go to this sad place

The worst service I don’t recommend at all they treat people very rudely like they are doing the service free guys if you don’t know at lease the basic of the customer service please don’t open your door to the customers

For anyone that has not been here before, I would highly reccommend going to this shop but, ask for Yousef! He has really made my experience of coming here alot more easier than most places I’ve been to.Being a young driver, it was always intimdating going to a car shop without thinking they are going to over charge you or provide bad services because you’re not familiar with how it works.Yousef has provided me with excellent repair service, fast and reliable response when needed, and great customer service!Also, if you call ahead and book an appointment, instead of just popping in, it will save you time from waiting.

Had a great experience thanks to Yousif! I needed one tire and he was quick to find and replace the tire on my civic. He was very professional and his customer service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back for my automotive needs to China Tire

The guy there is not willing to work. I happened to visit the location couple of times and he sent me to other shops all the timeFor the first time he sent me to a location where the particular service wasn’t available, he him self was busy on his phone.Second time when I went he just told me wait for 2 hours and I’ll help you where as he was sitting.Third time ( I just went to check if he works), he sent me to another shop and said they do better than us, even if he would have agreed to work I would have not let him touch my truck!Why to open the shop if you want to return the customers away?Never waste your time visiting here!!

Was an absolute pleasure working with Yousef. He is my go-to mechanic. He was able to squeeze me in with no appointment even though he is super busy with tire changes due to the winter season. He hasbeen honest and provides advice that's always best of interest to his clients. Highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood. Check these guys out!!
