Dr Laura is amazing! Fully explains everything that needs done and what is involved. Her approach is very gentle and constant reassurance. I have experienced a few dentists over time and would highly recommend Dr Laura and her team as she was recommended to us through a family member… my husband and I both see her now

I had an unpleasant experience with a dentist that just about turned my aniexty. Into full on Phobia. But, my experience at Lotus have near completely turned that right around. People forget how important it is to listen to others but, I didn't feel that at all.

My kids use this dentist and it’s always a positive experience. My daughter gets nervous with any sort of health related care and they do amazing at setting her mind to ease. Highly recommend!

Ive only had a few visits here and everytime has been worth coming back. The staff are amazing, friendly and patient with little ones. My kids and I all had a great experience here.

I have been a patient here for quite a few years. Dr Laura has always been wonderful with me.I took my young son in for his first appointment and was greeted by a dentist I don’t know. Not only was I not informed the appointment was with a different dentist, she didn’t introduce herself to me at all and I had to ask if she was a dentist or hygienist or who she was. I still don’t know her name.She didn’t seem to have much experience at all with little kids. My son is just under 2, and for the $60+ visit she told me to feed him a healthy diet, she got frustrated that he didn’t open his mouth when told, and didn’t explain anything about what to look out for regarding potential issues. The visit was leas than 5 minutes.Overall it just felt like she didn’t know what she was doing and that it was a waste of time to even take my son to for his first visit.Plenty of other dentists around don’t charge for first visits either.Ive been looking around to switch, and Im not sure if I will transfer my care it not, since Dr Laura has been so great with me for years, but for my sons first experience this really but a bad taste in my mouth.

Dr. Laura took me in quickly after I broke a crown. She and her assistant were meticulous in their work, doing everything with precision and professionalism. Taking the time to do things right has had a profound impact on my life; being free of pain and being able to eat are a BIG deal! Thank you soooo much!
