I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ferrari of Vancouver and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth by the entire team, and in particular, by the Sales Manager Mark Harrison and sales advisor Michael Lee. Although I did not purchase a vehicle at my first visit, I was given a tour of the facility and was put at ease and felt no pressure whatsoever. I then went home and after further consideration decided that I would like to purchase a Ferrari, and so I contacted the sales team and met with Mark. He took the time to fully understand my needs and preferences, and was able to recommend the perfect vehicle for me. He was patient and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my many questions and concerns with ease. The purchasing process was seamless and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. I have to give a special shoutout to Mark for his outstanding customer service and dedication to ensuring that I had the best possible experience, and for going above and beyond what would be expected for the purchase of my first Ferrari.Overall, I highly recommend Ferrari of Vancouver and in particular, Mark Harrison, for anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. One of the worsssst dealers. We bought masArati two years ago and not once we got any courtesy calls to inquire if things are okay. We had flat tire and we gave for service and no one ever called to let us know that car was there at service centre and what was wrong etc. We kept asking questions and all we heard was yes, no. It is you who has to give them options and then they will chose to answer yes, no. Pathetic. Don’t forget a person who buys Maserati could someday buy Ferrari too but with this attitude no one would like to return. We have Mercedes which we bought at the same time and the kind of service they provide makes you loyal to them. In two years no one ever called to see if we were enjoying our car wherein Mercedes guys keep calling and building relationships. Shame on such big store who doesn’t know how to value customers. I will write to Maserati head office and complain about this store.This is how the car looks after service.

Their cars do offer many advantages over trains... which I could also afford

extremely disrespectful people sales staff are literally useless unless you’re walking to the dealership with a bag full of cash. They will never treat you with respect Ferrari of Vancouver is literally the worst dealership in town I truly don’t recommend you buying any exotic car from here look everywhere else don’t come here, I have been trying to come here to buy an exotic car for a while, and I never was treated right if there is less than one star, I will give it to them. I tried to deal with guy name yousif and he was super rude and never showed me any respect. Worst people worst dealership.

The very friendly staff and Mark was very patient with us viewing their cars and even let us see their private collection! Very interesting building design and nice customization area.

The boys in the shop are the best. From the Shop foreman Haydn and all of the senior technicians they are the best in town. Lots of experience and extremely knowledgeable. I would trust them with any of my cars. Great job on all the hard work in what is a very tough industry to work in these days.
