Stay away from this company.He came to repair the toilet flush and charged us more than $500 !!The toilet started to leak right away, even worse than before.I called and emailed him so many times , but he never came.Finally after 1 month, he sent another plumber to get it repaired but the plumber said at the first look it is not possible to repair as the toilet is too old.I asked him to refund the whole amount but he only refunded less than half.

It was after 6 Pm on Friday when we noticed the AC was not working. We called All West and Shawn responded immediately. He came by, diagnosed and said he would try to get the part Saturday AM. He did exactly as he said he would and was back here at 11AM Saturday putting the AC back in working order. Job well done. Thanks

Shawn was a professional and VERY helpful technician who came to service our furnace. He also gave us pointers with some issues with our plumbing and was very flexible in terms of scheduling. Would definitely recommend!

I am thrilled my gas fireplace is working and the service was done efficiently. I was told what was going to be done, and shown along the way. They even got the white film off my glass and coated the inside black to make it look like new again. I highly recommend this professional service.

You told my parents they needed way more parts than necessary, DO NOT spend your money here. Glad we got a second opinion and the part that we did order was not even needed. Just service and a new striker.Also how can you be a good company if you just scam people of there money???

All West is ALL TRASH. They are greedy money hungry business came out and didn’t fix anything and left with a huge bill. Will not be using them again.Perfect example of bad business ripping off customer with no skills whatsoever.

They seem to upsell parts or services at outrageous prices which may not really be needed. Finding a repair firm for furnaces etc.is a challenge. High priced for what they do. But, I hired them, and I accept the bitter with the sweet. Don't believe I'd hire them again. Based on the response below from All West, agreed, prices have increased, but blaming the pandemic, for heating parts seems too convenient.Their prices for parts appear to be 200 percent or more, greater than pricing from a plumbing supplier. They (All West) rhyme off pricing without referencing any catalog, just spur of the moment off Shawn's head. It's noted Shawn took the old parts with him instead of leaving them, a move which reduces their liability, and a homeowner's ability to compare pricing. I would suggest anyone considering hiring All West be prepared to spend much more than they quote via the telephone. It's a slippery slope for a homeowner, on this note hiring the big guys such as Big Valley is probably one's best bet. You may pay a few bucks more but you'll get a firm with a reputation to uphold. Alternatively, call BC Gas they possibly know of capable firms who pay attention to detail and are not inflating prices close to the point of usery.

I don’t advise anyone to use this company. I see that a common occurrence is to scam customers into paying for parts that they don’t need and that’s exactly what happened to my friend. All West Heating told her that there was a gas leak and where going to charge her $1000.00 plus for parts to “fix it” (that were not needed.) Luckily she got a second opinion and found out from another company that there was in fact no gas leak and she did not need the parts they were going to install. Save your money go elsewhere! I would not want these people in my home!EDIT: Their response to my review alone speaks volumes of how they treat customers and speak to clients. Google reviews is normally the first place people go to check out a business and make sure they are reputable, and these people are telling me to behave" after writing an honest review. Shawn aka javid is a technician I wouldn't recommend even if he were the last one technician I could find to come in. He runs another low reviewed company by the name of Happy Home services. Not only did he not properly repair the boiler first time but when asked to replace the part he gave up when he couldn't find it from a supplier. So all in all we were overcharged (over $200) for a 30 min visit and basically left on our own to find a part from across the border and fix it ourselves. Mind you this whole commotion occurred over 5 days with constant back and forth to try to get answers from him. Thanks for nothing All West Heating Services Ltd.P.s the receptionist lady is super rude to deal with.You should be ashamed of providing distasteful service and be reported to business bureau.Update after response from company: Of course we were your customers. Did you forget about the exhaust temperature limit sensor that you recommended needing to be repaired but actually couldn't end up finding it. Let's not lie to ourselves Shawn.
