Dan has really been very helpful and professional on the work scope that we have requested. Nathan was also great on executing the job. I felt safe and secured with them as they work on our gas lines. They were also very transparent on what services they have done versus what they have quoted and are able to refund as necessary. Paige was also very responsive and supportive on all the scheduling inquiries.Great job!

I called Alpha plumbing and talked to Dan about having our plumbing inspected. He was extremely helpful and had us booked for an appointment the very next day. The communication was excellent, we were given a window and updates on arrival time, which was on time! Sheridan was very attentive and patient with all my questions. Had a new system installed after my old system failed. Got three quotes, Alpha came through with the best total value and they spent lots of time explaining the system and answering my many questions before we started. The workmanship by Jesse and Mike was fantastic - great attention to detail and the new system was installed quickly to get hot water back for my family! Thanks Jesse and Mike!

Sheridan and Mike did an excellent job of installing a utility sink and a soft water system, as well. Everything is working in good order and they cleaned up afterwards as if they hadn’t even been there! All of the staff at Alpha Plumbing were personal and professional! I would highly recommend them!

Jesse Habiak did awesome job in my shower replacement. His job was clean and professional done. I am so happy. Previous him, we haired someone else introduced by friend. That guy was so bad. Jessie was knowledgeable and helped us fixed the issue with our boiler system. We kept having issues with the boiler going into lockout due to not enough pressure as the pressure kept hitting a high setpoint and releasing the pressure. Rather than tell us to replace parts in hope to fix our issue, he evaluated a few times and proposed and address a couple possible root causes of why our system kept going out. It was fixed and he also noticed some issues with wiring that was done and addressed it as well.

Right from the start, it was a pleasure to deal with everyone from Alpha Plumbing, every thing was efficient, and all happened in the time frame they said.They installed an outdoor hook-up for a gas fire table in a patio I am building for a customer.I would highly recommend them for your plumbing/gas projects.

Alpha Pluming was excellent to work with. They were quick to come to my home to assess my in floor heat that was not working. Dan communicated well on the issue and fixed the problem promptly. I also had an emergency over the holidays which Dan helped me resolve quickly. I would highly recommend Alpha Plumbing and will use them in the future for any plumbing/heating issues!

Mike arrived on time and asked if we had any concerns about our plumbing system. He then proceeded to do a complete inspection and listed everything that needed work or was good to go. He was very friendly and answered all our questions.A good experience!
