I purchased my first Hyundai, a 2023 Tucson, at the end of March 2023 and had a wonderful shopping experience at 401 Dixie Hyundai. I was referred here by a family member who also recently purchased a vehicle. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by Daniel F. (Sales & Leasing Representative) who assisted me throughout the buying process. Daniel took the time to answer my questions and understand my needs and wants in a new vehicle. While meeting with Daniel, I was also assisted by Kyle P. (Assistant Sales Manager) who was very friendly and helpful. Daniel and Kyle worked together throughout the buying process to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase price of the Tucson and trade in value of my previous vehicle.I worked with John R. (Finance Manager) to finalize the purchase and he was able to arrange a payment plan that was within my budget. I would like to mention some people by their name because they made my experience of leasing a car absolutely amazing.1- Nancy from sales - She went the extra mile on each and every step and she has not only the knowledge about cars but also she is an amazing sales person2- Sayed Dost sales manager - He was extremely helpful and provided great service. We bought a Hyundai Elantra from Dixie Hyundai, Fernando Toro was our sales rep, he assisted us from start to finish with such patience and kindness. We were able to pick up our new car on our second visit. Thank you Fernando.

Would not recommend coming here. Took 4 months to get my vehicle back and while the exteriors repairs were completed somewhere else, waited another month for a claim to be approved after stating it would take 3 - 5 business days. My vehicle was further damaged after it was already replaced and fixed by the people who fixed the exterior repairs. 4 & 1/2 months after not having my vehicle, I picked it up in this state. Covered in dust, not even bothered to wipe down anything and no car was washed.Very disappointing with the level of service and lack of communication I’ve received especially since I purchased this vehicle at there dealership. I don’t think I’ll ever be back unless these issues are resolved. But service advisor Janice is being very helpful throughout the whole ordeal, only reason why I gave one star.

This dealership is awesome. Ask for Masood Gayem. I bought a car for myself and a month later for my mom from Masood Gayem and he was there patiently every step of the purchase.

This store was extremely professional and proficient. Buying my first new car and selling my old car was made extremely easy. Everyone was polite and helpful. Sabrina in delivery, Stefan the financial guy, and Dyllon the sales manager were all very pertinent, knowledgeable, and significant in my process. I have not one complaint. Staff were very nice. Got the car I was interested in for a good price. On the day of delivery, Sabrina took her time to show me the features on the car. I was really impressed with my experience at 401 Dixie Hyundai and would recommend them to family and friends.
