Merrick Pond
Our children love this location. Tadpoles and frogs make for good viewing. As a bonus, just below the pond is a little creek that has steady but low enough flow to make for good walking and exploring for kids (assuming you supervise them decently, of course!). Add it as a part of your exploration of the Main Loop of the DVCA or of the Bruce Trail.
