So far, just WOW. I ate a sandwich that resulted in a full on crack in a molar, that had to be removed. I really did not want to lose this tooth, for a million reasons. This guy.... Dr. Haissam Kanaan.... managed my anxiety to the max, and I love him for that. Also HUGE props to his staff. The extraction was pain free, and fast, and the healing is going super well. I cannot say enough about the entire organization here. From the front desk, to the doctors, everyone is just amazing. Thank you SO much. Hoping the implant goes as seamlessly as everything so far.

We were referred to Dr Kaplan and his team with a surgery that was needed rather quickly. From the very first conversation on a Saturday, to the consult via phone early in the morning, to numerous calls to manage schedules there is not enough I can share about this positive experience. The team were attentive, kind, funny and patient in their delivery of the procedure. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chang when removing my four wisdom teeth recently.I called to book an appointment after days of being in excruciating pain from impacted teeth/infection. The staff did everything they could to get me in ASAP to see Dr. Chang and booked my surgery a couple days later.I am now a week post-op and feel so much better...back to my regular self! Cannot thank the staff and Dr. Chang enough. They emit such a positive, tight knit family atmosphere at their office and I can 100% tell you that it rubs off on the patients. Thank you again for everything. I cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Kaplan helped me with an extraction due to a cracked tooth that got infected while I was on chemotherapy. It was crucial to eliminate the infection with my compromised immune status and he was able to get me in to his office quickly. He and his staff were caring, thorough and compassionate considering my difficult circumstances. The procedure was successful, and I recovered very quickly in spite of my circumstances. I would recommend his clinic without hesitation.

I highly recommended this office , the oral surgeons are so experienced and dedicated . Dr.Chang removed my wisdom teeth few weeks ago , there was no pain and swelling and I went back to work at day three.

Had 4 wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Ren Chang. It was a horrible experience on sedation day. The nurse did not know how to put an IV in my hand, she missed several times and I was bleeding quite a bit. Also painful! . I was bruised black and blue for weeks afterwards. Didn’t see Dr. Chang even once on day of surgery - I’ve never heard of that. Who doesn’t see their patient before they are sedated for surgery, or afterwards to see if they are ok!? Never called or booked me for a post op either. Once they had my money, they couldn’t care less. TerribleOffice, with terrible staff. And an overall terrible experience. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
