I phoned first thing in the morning inquiring about an AC install, Oren came out a few hours later to look at the existing set up and assess what was needed, and within 24 hours the new AC unit was installed! Oren was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and clearly takes pride in his work and the business. The 2 guys that did the install were professional and polite and got it done very quickly on one of the hottest days of the year without complaining. This company was top notch from start to finish and the price was very competitive as well. Great job! You are a great example of how to run a business.

I would highly recommend Smile Plumbing and Heating. They are so professional. It was a joy to deal with them. We had Oran come to discuss replacing our furnace and possibly add an air conditioner. Then due to circumstances we had to put it all on hold for about a month. It was handled with respect to our needs and no pressure to purchase before we were ready. The cost of the job actually came in a little below the estimation. They arrived at my door on time and completed the job in one day. They really did earn the 5 stars.

great service. they came to my home twice, the first time they fixed my problem and did not charge me anything even I want to pay them some. Second time, they came to my house in the morning, and installed new furnace for me. The did a awesome job! The price is very competitive too.I would recommend this company to all my friend.

I had to call the company tonight after hours for an issue with my furnace. The owner tried to solve the issue with me on the phone and when that didn't work he quickly came and solved the issue. He explained to me the charges before he came so there was no surprise and it is really affordable. He also gave me some advices related to what he saw about the installation. I will recommend him to anybody that needs furnace work. I am extremely happy of the service and the smile.

I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They showed up on the scheduled date and was ready to install, however due to circumstances on my end, they had to come back the next week. They happily came back the next week, installed my new furnace and central A/C in one day and didn't charge me extra for the one wasted day. I am very happy with their services and price.

A very professional company to deal with. Oren took a lot of time to thoroughly go through what was all required to install both a new furnace and first-time central air unit. He answered all my questions that I had during my research (was also very patient) and made sure not to oversell us. Made some great recommendations. The pricing came in very competitive (much cheaper than the 'big' companies). On install day, they worked a very long 12 hrs to get both installed and even took extra time when I wanted to add a vinyl mounting block for all the pipes to exit the house through instead of just running through the vinyl siding. He made sure to set up the 2-stage thermostat for us, and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company and they will be the ones I call to service the units when needed.

We had an issue with our furnace and called another company. They sent someone over who said we needed a new board and it would cost 1000 dollars. We got a second opinion from Smile and he took about ten minutes to tell us it was our thermostat. Total including the visit was 200 bucks. Highly recommend.

Recommending to all of my family and friends.Knowledgeable, affordable and got the job done fast!Our furnace needed to be replaced in the middle of winter.Tuesday our old furnace wouldn’t keep heat in the house and we had company coming in on Thursday.The crew was able to get in and replace the furnace before our guests arrived! This company has one of the best customer service. They were very professional, attentive and cooperative when our furnace died. Not only did they fix the issue, but also took the extra time to show and explain what have to be replaced.
