We loved this restaurant! My wife and I went there in January and we just fall in love with this place. All atmosphere is great, a mix of vintage and new! The attendant was very friendly. The food was really really good especially The Fish and Chips, that was the best fish and chips I had tried!!! The fish was really well cooked, no more no less, the right cooking. We certainly will go back and recommend to our friends.

JJ’s is always the go to place when you’re visiting Sussex. It’s a little off of the beaten path but it’s well worth it! It’s a 50’s, 60’s style diner. The service is 100% and the food is always awesome. I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience. You have to try it!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!

Coolest place, blast from the past decor. I don't know if this was built in the 50s and never upgraded or just made to look like that, either way it works. As soon i went in, i started hearing Elvis music in my head :)Food wise - everything was tasty, well priced and service was friendly and fast. Great experience and surely recommended so fire up your time machine and check them out :)

Great service, huge portions! The milkshake filled me up. I had to take half my sandwich home. Very yummy. Added bonus, the cool diner vibe and the recipe for the banana split on the wall!

We went there the for the first time just because it was on the way home…. What a pleasant surprise, amazing staff and amazing food… we couldn’t stop talking about it and had to go again, and will be there again soon. A must try if you are around the Sussex area.

JJ was an unexpected treat. The service was top notch, the decor was spot-on 50's and the food was excellent. Top it off with a traditional milkshake and you have it made.

This is a great place to stop for quick breakfast.They serve small plates which are the perfect size.Prices are reasonable and the quality of food is good.Easy to access from the highway so you're not having to go far.

The food was good but not great. The service is alright but not amazing. The atmosphere is unique so I enjoyed it. FYI, the poutine gas mozzarella instead of cheese curds. The kid's menu absolutely excels. For only $7, kids get a drink, main, and dessert, even better, kids are free on Tuesday (1 kids per adult meal paid)
