First experience I had almost a year ago was not so great, but I decided to give them another go and just traded in with them and was wowed at how much of a difference of care I received and the beautiful suv I was able to get! Ryan is amazing, keeps you fully up to date on everything that’s going on and is so helpful!

I had the best car buying experience ever!! Ryan, Scott, and Jesse ALL went above and beyond to get me in a new vehicle with the best possible rate!! And Ryan kept me in the loop from start to finish, would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle go through 902 Auto!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They prey on people with low income and screw them over. They don’t deal well with customer service and Scott even hung up on me when I questioned another employee’s lies (James). The driver showed up 3 hours late in the middle of the night and expected everything to go smoothly. They would not respond to my complaints and the bank told me to call the RCMP on them! Very unprofessional with no disregard to anyone else. All they care about is making a sale!!! It’s the reason they will drive the car to you so quickly because they know you only have 2 days after the sale to cancel on the loan but only if you don’t receive the car! BRUTAL! This company will be put out of business in the future!

Just WOW !! Adam at 902 SALES !! Easiest and best decision. They just get it!! Got the truck and the price point I needed. AMAZING EASY , FAST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. I don’t even know where to begin, I tried searching for the best deal on my own and wondered if it was the right decision and had got nowhere but overwhelmed. Thank you for being there from start to finish Adam! It was amazing and will highly recommend. Super confident with our decision hands down won’t do it any other way.. Amazing experience.

I dealt with Ryan Brown, he is absolutely amazing, customer service was on point, got me a beautiful suv into a better loan thanks to Jesse Hatfield...having little credit makes it hard, but these 2 made it work for me...if you are looking for a car I would 100% recommend these guys.

Well not a good expérience at all. Told i got the green light. I make 1740 a month my girlfriend 1500 a month so 3240 a month togther and they need my gf info so the income looks good still dont get approved and the lack of communication is terrible. So i tell mike that i think i will go elsewhere cause lack of communication and that was an awful expérience. He says i was awful and impatient! And this guy is a manger here.ask him if he will still try and help me and just dosent replyI have all the text from this guy

Awesome to deal with! Tas was my salesperson and he was super! Very helpful and made sure he got me into the vehicle I wanted! I spoke with a couple guys there throughout the process, which only took 8 days from the first phone call until my suv was delivered to me in Newfoundland. Highly recommend these guys!

Kassandra is the best! Purchased a lovely vehicle from here, they were very accommodating and found me what I needed. They delivered my car to my address, so awesome. I’m pleased with the customer service!!

Worst car purchasing experience we've ever had. Told them the deal we were offered from another company and they managed to do worse. Pressured into signing a contract literally on my deck in the dark and didn't disclose ANY damages prior to the deal. Didn't see them until the daylight. They truly don't care about the customer and take advantage of those with lower credit. Making an appointment to return the van to the finance company it's that bad.
