TTR Heating & Cooling

Called TTR Heating in November after my furnace stopped producing heat. Taylor responded immediately and advised he would fit me into his schedule the next day. He attended and diagnosed my furnace in a short period of time. As the furnace was four years old, Taylor repaired the issue which was still under warranty. Given that the Abbotsford flooding had just taken place I was very impressed that he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Very professional, courteous and timely. Provided tips to maintaining my furnace moving forward.Great customer service.

We had purchased a new fire pit about 1 1/2 years ago, I had used TTR at work and gave them a call. They came did an awesome job, very clean and they explain everything in simple terms. They also did the maintenance on our water on demand and fixed up everything that was wrong from the original installation. We would definitely use them again. Thank you Taylor!

Great guys ! Taylor & Travis very personable & very dedicated in what they do. They seem to take a lot of pride in their work & are very knowledgeable in their field. They gave a good quotation & were quick to offer an installation date. Even saved us some money by beating a scheduled price increase.They identified a problem with our furnace installation caused by a previous contractor. AC installation went very well with no hitches. They cleaned up very well. They were careful to follow my instructions for the installation as we live in a strata, so their by-laws have to be followed. We would highly recommend them & would certainly use them again.

Came out right away to diagnose, was able to tell me what was wrong and came back in 2 days to repair. I didn't respond to his text because I was asleep being a shift worker and he dropped by and my husband opened to door for him, furnace was repaired by the time I was awake.Much appreciated.

Our furnace stopped working late one freezing night. I wanted to work with a local company. I called Taylor the next morning and he was able to come out within the hour on Remembrance Day. He was friendly and professional, assessed the problem and found the failed part quickly. The parts warehouse was closed until the following Monday, but he was here early on Monday to fix the problem. In the meantime, he offered to come over and start the furnace once a day, manually, for us. He was very communicative and responded to every message we sent in a timely manner. We hope to work with him again in the future and will recommend him to our friends in Mission.
