Anytime Carsharing

Convenient and friendly car-sharing service, the best in Prague. Many nice hybrid cars (all with AT), cool app. Parking policy is great.Many different tariffs and bonus programs. The service keep adding and changing them (it has both pros and cons), but it's still pretty reasonable price.I had was some technical issues during the year, but customer service is good, too – had been fixing everything almost instantly.I'm using the service for more than a year, several times a week – almost totally satisfied. Strongly recommend.

Probably the best carsharing service in Prague. Nice hybrid cars, the most user-friendly app interface among other services and after all the pricing policy is convenient.

Useless for tourists. Doesn’t allow to rent a car if you’re staying here for a short term.Well, interesting answer. We've contacted support for help and asked why account was banned for? They've asked for how long are we staying in Prague. When we've told couple days, then support told us sorry, we are not renting our cars for people who stay in Prague for short term.

The price indicated in the initial contract ,it is not the price you will pay ,you will get surprised how much money they will take ,on our case is 3 time more ,the explanation gave by the support is that we exceed the limit,for 48 hours rent we drove only 260 km .

Very good claim experience; I returned the car incorrectly and was deducted a much larger amount than it should have been. After communicating with customer service, they offered me a great compensation and refunded my money. I can only recommend it, thanks to which I would use the service in the future.

Nice carsharing, but have some minuses:The car was Little dirty inside, and the front Window was be very dirty. Think about a package with a petrol on customer, and extra payment accessories like Keys, and extra inssurence. Best regards from Poland

Highly recommended company in Prague. Registration is fast and easy within 5min. Car in good condition and affordable. Avoid car4way it’s so useless :)

While Anytime's app is generally easy to use and convenient, it's not perfect. There have been a few instances where I experienced glitches or delays when trying to reserve a vehicle. However, I have noticed that the Anytime team is actively working to improve the app, and I've seen significant improvements over the past few months.Moreover, the customer service team at Anytime is excellent. I had an issue with a reservation once, and the support team responded promptly and resolved my problem within minutes. They were polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.Overall, Anytime carsharing is an excellent service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly way to get around. While the app may have some minor issues, the team is actively working to improve it, and the customer service is top-notch. Give it a try, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Horrible experience. After being customer for years, I was fined without my knowledge one year ago, and now they just stole the money from my account without asking me first or validate anything. This charge includes a recharge for not paying it on time (they received the notification one year ago and sent it to me now? it's your fault if you didn't pay it on time). Probably they will reply that it's in terms and conditions, blablabla excuses and only demonstrate they are rubish. Just try another sharing options like car4way, hoppygo, autonapul... it couldn't be worse than anytime. Never again.

This service is not made for people. I use carsharing frequently in different countries. I do not get, why these guys don't change it for good)-you can not park on the underground parkings. What?) I rent a car to use it. And am not allowed to park at home nether at a shopping mall) It's a joke)-there is no key. Every time you park (even for a minute), you have to use app to lock and unlock the car. The nice bonus is that if you are parked for a longer time, the app freezes and you have to restart your phone) Very handy if you are in a hurry.. Why not to leave a key for smooth use? Unlock on a start of the rent and on the finish in the app - that is enough.-and today it was just top: I booked a car for minute-use, parked for five minutes to go to a shop, and at that moment they did not manage to charge me 200 CZK. And what do you think? They blocked a car)) I left my jacket, my notebook in the car. And cannot open it. Felt like a teenager who stole something and got busted) Jesus..Example: in the Baltics carsharing works like this: you take a car, unlock it, get the key for normal use. You can park park it anywhere underground. All the damage is marked by a small sticker like we know about it"
