Maybe they could supply a good product. But I was not prepared have to get past the bad attitude to find out

I'm writing this review after getting off the phone who i presume was Bill. Bill was very unprofessional, and very very rude. After putting me on hold twice, he proceeded to interrupt me multiple times while I was trying to explain the situation. I had called last week, and talked to a much nicer male, who asked me to send pictures of the oval-shaped table in my office. Bill kept telling me he didn't understand, and proceeded to repeat the phrase name the size

I've used Bill's glass for over ten years at three different properties. From beautiful custom master bathroom shower enclosures to various window repairs, and even a personal request that I wasn't sure he'd be able to help with (two crystal family heirlooms broke - he was able to fix both so they can continue to be admired on the shelf!). I very much appreciate the reliable, friendly, knowledgable people there. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and will continue to give them my business when projects come up!

This place is in my neighborhood so I gave them more chances than I normally would. Called and left messages no call back, when I finally got through (they never called back) I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up the next day, no one there “closed today and tomorrow“ so I called to find out when they could meet me. After 4 messages (that day) over 90 min I finally got a call back. I got a nasty attitude and heard multiple times that his health was more important than my business. I asked if anyone else could help me? I got a “NO, they are busy” and was hung up on! WOW! I always like to support small businesses in my neighborhood but I can only put up with so much. I will never use Bills glass again, would rather drive somewhere else to someone who cares. Crystal glass in Burnaby was great, 30 min drive but worth it. They were cheaper too!

Very good and quick service! Only down side are the hours of operation that make it difficult to go to when working full time the whole week.

Great job with our sliding doors! Had to hire them to fix the work of another company. The delivery took about a week longer than we thought it would, but worth the wait.

Very fast arrival and they did an excellent job of installing patio door track and wheel. Very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Bill's Glass. I will certainly call them again when needed.

Incredibly happy with my experience! They cut the perfect piece of glass for a table top, and even accommodated my awkward schedule so I could pick up the glass.I highly recommend them!
