Joseph and Michelle got back to us in less than 24 hours to help us with our carpet. They came out the same day and were able to have the job done in less than an hour. They are very professional, punctual, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

They were amazing, from their personalities to their performance! It was extremely easy to schedule with them, they were on time and well prepared, and did a fantastic job with our carpets (which were pretty stained!) and our sofas/cushions. So happy we went with this company and would use them again in a heart beat! (Attached is the after picture....not a single stain was left in our kitchenette area!)

Absolutely wonderful service , hospitality and of course most of all Joseph explained every single job he was doing and how I could improve my carpets longevity. I’m such a happy customer and would recommend this company Chem dry to the world. I’m ready to finish my holiday decor … oh they were able to get me in the day before the day before Thanksgiving.
