Wonderful customer service!I have been buying blanket from Picov's this winter as they always seem to have exactly what I want in stock when others don't. Shipping has always been fast and neve any issues with the items I receive. Today Julie went above and beyond and looked into something for me that probably took a long time! Thank you Picov's for being a quality retailer of equestrian products!

Nice clean store, lots of parking. Friendly knowledgeable staff and not pushy, ask what you want will show you or help you find what you need, easy to find what your looking for cowboy/girl boots or horse riding.

Our older miniature donkey has not handled the cold winter days as previously. It was obvious I needed to find her a winter blanket to help. Picov's Saddlery had the largest selection of options for our smaller equines. However, the most impressive part of this scenario was the outstanding service! I ordered the blanket on Wednesday night, and received it in the mail Friday. Thank you Canada Poste as well. This was just in time for another run of very cold nights. She is toasty and happier with her new winter 'coat'. Thank you so much for your extensive inventory, prompt service, easy online access, and true descriptions.

Staff is friendly. Like all other business, the at experiencing a lack of availability on products. Back orders etc, but they still have many styles and price range is pretty wide allowing for flexibility in choosing.

pretty gosh darn swell place i didnt expect to exist. they had lots of epic stuff for people and horses and thats great because as the italian stallion himself, im a little bit of both ;). made me feel like i could be challegened to a wild west card game at any moment, and you know i love a good duel. they also had a store kitty that took a liking to me. it could sense he was in the presence of a strong duelist. i couldnt afford anything in the store but apparently they do horse races here too so with a little luck i can get something for like 2$

I live a fair bit away from Picoves and am willing to drive that distance.Always unmatched quality items.Expensive but worth it. A Canadian made leather belt will last almost 10 years.A Walmart belt lasts me 2 months..Always look forward to the trip to Picov's.

I've ordered a couple of time online from them; there is always some issues. Item not in stock anymore, wrong item sent (how the hell can they send the wrong stirrups!) or missing accessories. There is other online stores in Ontario that have a better customer service.
