Great staff, great programs and resources available. Food is decent so id suggest to bring some snacks along w your visit.I recommend to anyone who requires detox.My critic would be it could be cleaner.

I have tried contacting this facility multiple times, while in distress, and have never received a response. For what they claim to provide they have failed, repeatedly. The Ontario Health Ministry needs to take a very serious look at them.

Ottawa Withdrawal Management Centre
This place does not care about the clients... I've been waiting for over a week now for a bed for my ex and still nothing.... the staff are very ignorant... I've tried calling and talking to the supervisor Paquette but he doesn't return phone calls... I would never recommend this place....
