Great service, extremely knowledgeable. Was having trouble with a pool heater. Called Keith and answered a few questions. Keith arrived the next day and fixed the heater in 3 minutes! While he was here, he recommended some adjustment improvements to my pool settings. For a great, no-nonsense repair experience, I would highly recommend!

Contracting ProLogic Comfort for the inspection and repair of a couple of gas heaters in my home was an excellent choice. They responded quickly and gave a fair assessment of the quality and reliability of my units. They fixed what was necessary for continuous safe operation while not attempting to up-sell for a quick buck. I will be recommending ProLogic when possible.

My furnace died some point the evening of March 31. Within a few hours the house had dropped to 16 celsius.Called Keith @6am the next morning and he came by within the hour. He showed me the (huge) cracks in the plenum and demonstrated how the furnace was unsafe. We discussed the problems with the old furnace selection/installation and Keith reviewed options to correct the issues. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable. By the next morning the new furnace was installed and the defects from the original installation had been corrected.Keith & his crew were very professional & friendly. They did a first-class installation. The price I paid impressed several friends who had replaced their furnaces within the past year. The furnace Keith recommended works more efficiently and effectively than the old one ever did and we now no longer have any cold areas in the house.I would heartily recommend ProLogic to anybody and will call them when my A/C finally calls it quit (hopefully not quite yet...).

Keith went above and beyond for ourfamily. The harsh and freezing snowstorm we had this winter left our familycold, without heat, due to our furnacebreaking during the storm, our watertank froze and broke. It was an awfulsituation. Left days without water andheat, on Christmas Day, and no hope for help because theroad was not accessible for anyone todrive through due to deep snow, this kindand caring man came out of his way,walked through more than 3 feet ofsnow to get to our house and fix ourfurnace. Highly recommend.

Called Keith on a Friday and had my brand new pool heater on Monday. He answered my call right away and talked me through my options. The work was done quickly on Monday. They cleaned up all around the work area and walked me through all of the instructions. His rates are reasonable and expected. Call Keith...he’s the man!

Keith was professional and reliable and also very personable. His employee was on time and cleaned up after his work was completed. Keith kept in contact with me to ensure the pool heater was functioning and helped me to problem solve a separate issue that was resolved easily. You can find cheaper companies to do this work but you’d have to rely on a few people to complete the task. We were content dealing with one individual who could install the pool heater properly. It’s working great!!!

Keith went above and beyond to have Hayward warranty my pool heater, Customer service was excellent, Keith made Hayward stand behind their product and had our customers pool heater back up and running quickly. Highly recommend!
