The Copper Mug
Staff were courteous and friendly and service was prompt. That's the only good thing I can say about this place . The fish was overcooked ,the beer was just lightly chilled. The homemade tartar sauce was horrible. It was made with vinegar and that's all you could taste. Even just the atmosphere of this gave off negative vibes.

What an awesome restaurant. The staff are very friendly. You get great portions for your money. I had wings twice because they're that delicious. And the chicken fingers which were huge. Also tried the heaping taco/chilli on waffle fries dish, sorry can't remember name, but it was so goood!! Going back to try more

Food was decent.Atmosphere was upbeat and funService sucked. I don't know about any of the other servers there, but the one we had was very unprofessional and forgetful". I doubt she was forgetting as she claimed

I love their ribs and wings, the ribs especially.The ribs are almost fall off the bone and covered in a delicious sauce. They are one of the best ribs I’ve ever had.The service is always both friendly and timely.

Thoroughly disappointed / disgusted with the food and the service @ The Copper Mug.New to the area, had high hopes for this local establishment. Those feelings quickly dissolved.I walked into The Copper Mug to pick up my order. Not one of the staff members acknowledged my presence, two of the waiters even had to walk directly beside me.Understandably they must have been busy, saying nothing is far worse, then “hello, I’ll be right with you” none the less, the more concerning factor was the food.Everything was overcooked and burnt. Items were missing. I’ve truly never felt so disappointed in spending almost $50 for a meal that was completely inedible and we ended up having to throw out.I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning! It does not deserve the rating it has on Google.

Open for business! We had great service. The server made a few recommendations and we picked the corned beef burger, which was amazing. Really nice fries. Crispy outside tender inside. I like the cozy pub atmosphere. I've been there a bunch of time and it's always good.

Loved Saturday night music trivia night . Husband and I had fun ..drinks were very reasonably priced and most of the food was good .. sauce on the mild and honey garlic wings wasn't great ..and the cheese garlic shrimp.. not recommended. But the poutine and the mozzarella sticks were good ! The service was good as well .. much better than the last two times we were there

they were short staffed when We went for dinner one staff and one cook had a bit of a wait due to that but was ok with that..food was great service good place is very cute and friendly staff will definitely be back
