My apponintment was for 9:10 pm. I arrived on time. Sat in a room till after 10:30 pm waiting for technician. I left at 10:40 pm.Only 2 cars in parking lot so obviously not busy. Tech was chatting when I walked by.Go to London and don't waste your time. If it was possible to score lower than a 1 star I would have.

Both times I was there, everything was very clean & the nurse working was exceptional. She made me feel at ease and I actually slept there even though I don’t sleep at home. There’s always other patients there when I’m there so not sure why someone posted it must not be busy. You can only have so many people in a small clinic at a time.

I'm not sure how or why some people had negative experiences for this place. It was very clean. The technician I had was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly. He was easy to talk to.He was had 3 people and seeing how long it took for just me He was busting his a$$ around to get everyone done for lights out.I've never had any other clinic to compare to but I don't see how another one can be better... maybe if they served a 5 course meal.
