Ann's Unisex Hair Salon

I went to see Ann today for the first time. She is a top notch hair stylist. My hair hadn't been cut in 9 months and had no style whatsoever. Ann did a beautiful job at giving my hair great style while keeping most of the length. It looks great and she took such care making sure it was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

I will never go back to this place. I had a 2 pm appointment for a haircut both for myself and my son. When we walked in, she said just a second as she decided to take on a customer despite us arriving for our scheduled appointment. At 2:22 pm, I got frustrated and decided to walk out of the establishment. Guess, what. Ann just lost 3 lifelong customers and we'll never deal with this business again. You have to learn how to treat your customers with more respect by honouring their appointments. This is not the first time that's happened. She did it previously with my son's appointment. She made my wife and my son wait for 30 minutes. I normally don't write review but I felt strongly I had to do it in this case so others become aware.

Had a great hair cut and colour by Ann.She listened to what I wanted and paid great attention to detail. She is very welcoming and friendly and made a great cup off coffee.Lyn did a great job waxing my eyebrowsThe salon is very clean and modern.Would highly recommend their professional services.

Ann is Amazing! I went in and gave her my best impression of what i wanted and she did it for me personally and nailed it. She is very professional and knows how to make your hairstyle look awesome. I normally dont like getting my haircut but I will continue to go back because it was such a great job and experience. I would glady trust Ann here for a haircut she's awesome.

We just moved to Burlington a few months ago, and I've been looking for a salon for quite some time. Found Ann's salon because of the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I called to book an appointment and Ann was able to book me in the next day. I came to my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. She was so pleasant and so is Ann. They were very professional and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and safe even if there's a pandemic. I have long, wavy hair so I told Ann I want to cut my hair short. Showed her a pic of the hairstyle I want and she said no problem. I was so nervous getting my haircut but as soon as she was done cutting and styling my hair, I was so happy and could not stop smiling! She did such an amazing job and I am glad I found her. She's definitely one of the best hairstylists out there and you can see her passion through her work. Thank you Ann for my beautiful haircut. I'll be your client from now on!

Having spent months recovering from an injury, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy a professional cut and colour (high and low lights) for many months. Ann took great care in listening and understanding what I was asking for in terms of cut and colour, and I felt that she was very precise in her work. I didn't even manage to walk in with photos of the cut or colour(s) I wanted, but she still provided a haircut I love with highlights and lowlights that are as defined" as I wished them to be. Highly recommended and I will return."

The hair cut was lopsided and the ants all over the place were kind of gross. :/Will not be returning.Ever.
