I would not recommend. their service was poor. I was told that it would take 3 hours to clean my house, but they only did half the house, charges remained the same and no call was received.

When Rose provided me with a quote she advised that it would take 3 hours for the initial cleaning. She didn't really say what she would be doing in those 3 hours however, according to her website I assumed it would be all the items listed under her general cleaning on her website. I also asked if she would wipe my cupboards and she said yes just to leave her a step stool.I arrived home to Rose awaiting impatiently for me as she wanted her cheque before leaving. The receipt was for 4 hours and 15 mins, I thought “WOW” shemust have done everything possible to make my house spotless. Well needless to my surprise the more I went from room to room I wondered what she did for four hours.Although I greatly appreciate the few things you did I am very disappointed in your service.The front entrance did not appear to have been vacuumed and the mirrors on my closet doors were not wiped. The kitchen and dining room floors also appeared not to have been vacummed let alone washed. I had to pull out my vacuum before my guests arrived to vacuum up what she didn’t. I texted Rose to figure out what the heck was so slippery on my kitchen and dinning room floors as I kept slipping in spots. She responded that she had sprayed Orange Glo on my cupboards, but when I looked closley it appeared to only to be in spots. When looking at the floor in my dining area I could see foot prints and shoe prints. I had to wipe this up as well and It was evident that the floor had not been washed like shemade me think It was. There were also two spots that I saw on the kitchen floor that I needed to wash up which also tells me you didn’t wash the kitchen floor. The cloth I used was white and after I wiped the floor it was very evident that Rose had not washed my kitchen floor either.When she mentioned she wiped the cupboards with Orange Glo I was not sure why she would use that product and I assumed she you used mine from my laundry room, which she would have had to go looking for as when I opened the doors that is all I could smell in there and it was left is a different spot than I usually keep it. When I had asked her if she woudl wipe my cupboards I assumed it would be with warm soapy water. SO she sprayed my cupboards with this Orange Glo and never washed the floor afterwards, hence slipping everywhere.My bathroom was another story the smallest space sheworked in. The back of the toilet had not been wiped, the shower door had marks all over It. The walls in the shower had a film on them. The vanity had a film. The sink was clearly not cleaned and the faucet was covered in spots. The mirror had dust on It and the floor appeared not to be vacuumed yet she said she washed It by hand.The main bathroom appeared to have been cleaned a little better however, the toilet tank lid was not wiped and when I rubbed my hand across the vanity It appeared dusty.I felt I paid an exuberant amount of money $50/hr plus GST, expecting to have superior service, which I feel I did not receive.I will not be using her service again nor will I be providing any recommendations for her service but rather telling everyone I can, what I paid and what appeared to have been provided and what wasn't.I would hope that this may be a one off situation and that Rose hasn’t been in business for this many years and providing this kind of service to others.A very dissatisfied customer.
