Dr. Hong and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They took excellent care of me durring my appointments and throughout the recovery process. They were patient and accommodating to my health needs. Would definitely recommend their services to others. Thank you Dr. Hong

one of the worst customer/ medical experience ever, the other reviewers are right. this guy is beyond RUDE and unprofessional.the first meeting was a phone consultation, which he was late for and when he didn't see our camera on ( technical issue) he said he would call back ( had 2 phone numbers) and he never did, you can clearly see the background and he was in a restaurant btw. appointment was reschedule and when he spoke with my mom, who didn't understand him, he got annoyed and tried to insult her by calling her a grandma.when we got to the appointment the receptionist was RUDE very hostile, the nurses were on the other hand was kind and caring. they were patient and answered any questions my mother, they were amazing.when the dr. hong came in to the little operating room, he didnt acknowledge us he looked at his screen and got to work. he had his airpods on the whole time and was even conducting a personal/ business call while working on my mom. while my mom was still having work done, the rude receptionist keeps blatantly storming in asking lots of questions about bandages and supplies and stuff. another employee came in and had a question and dr. hong went after holding tools screaming at the employee because she couldn't hear him.when he was doing the stitches on my mom, she told him his pulling was kinda hurting her ( even with the numbing cream ) and he ignored her and didnt change and continue at the same speed and roughness.the other reviews are true, he was rude and arrogant, if you are paying money you deserve decent service and this place is not it.

My mother came in for a procedure to remove the cholesterol deposits around her eye bag region (xanthelasma), and Dr. Colin Hong alongside his staff were very kind and accommodating during their busy hours. The procedure itself was fast and recovery was just as quick. I highly recommend.

Horrible practice! I cannot say anything about Dr. Hong's medical skills as i never had a chance to see him but what i can say is that his practice is an example of what is wrong with our healthcare system. I had an appointment today (Monday of the Canada Day Long Weekend), unusual but i was happy to accept. However, I arrived to a packed reception room where everyone had been waiting up to 3 hours"...there were signs that actually read that too. When i finally got my turn at reception I asked if I had a wait

We drove 2 and half hours away for our appointment and we have been waiting 2 hours past our appointment to be seen. They are quick to take your money once you register but them make you wait forever. Extremely unhappy with their reception side so far. They make you take an appointment and it does not mean nothing.

The operation room dose not look sanitary by any means. While the nurse asked for the shoes to be removed prior to entering the OR, she is walking in and out of the room to the waiting room where people walk in from the street. Her shoes are just as dirty as mine. We were having my daughter’s stitches removed. We arrived for our appointment on time, the door was locked and waited for half an hr for the nurse to arrive to work.Upon her arrival she doesn’t even bother to say hi or apologies for her late arrival.

Upon arriving at Dr. Hong's office,I found the office was clean and inviting. The only down side as with any specialist office, was the wait. I was escorted into a secondary examination room for another wait.I have to inform you that I also have a disability and the wait was killing me.Finally Dr Hong entered and he introduced himself. He examined my back confirmed Lypoma and was ready to remove it today.The procedure was performed in less than an hour with precision.I understand now why we had waited a long time in the reception area.Dr Hong is a very informative andkind man.I had my follow up where he removed my sutures. Again painless. Results are remarkable. The incision site has healed well.I have now recommended that my sister in law see him for consultation.Once again Dr Hong I thank you and your staff for your proffesionalism.

Don’t let the reviews fool you. Sure this Office is busy but that’s because the Surgeon is in high demand. He’s been a qualified surgeon for a long time and knows what he’s doing. He does his best to deal with an abundance of people needing his services. He brought me in, froze me up and got it done. Competent, professional and result oriented. Strongly Recommend.

Thank you team, for squeezing me in last minute to remove my (upper blepharoplasty) sutures that were placed in overseas. Dr. Hong was straight to the point, and his team was kind and gentle. Also, not much of a wait time.. I was seated immediately in the operatory right after completing registration. Thanks again, you guys made my day!
