DONT GO HERE. Terrible customer service and machines. Very expensive and stains clothes.

Excellent service. I'm a newcomer in Vancouver, so it was my first time using a Coin washing machine. The lady patiently explained me how to use it. She provided me change each time I needed it. The place is a little bit small, but it's a nice and cheap laundry. I really recommend this site.

Didn't wash my clothes properly. Customer service was terrible. 0 stars.

I wish I can give more star to this place, cleanest laundromat so far. I am a very picky person, this place makes me feel like I am doing laundry at home.The lady who works there, she is amazing, very caring and helpful.

The lady here is so nice!Very helpful with explaining the machines and providing change. Has a nice smile every time someone walks in!Great place and good hours. Couldn’t ask for more from a drop in laundry service.

The lady who runs this place folds cloths so good it's like magic. Me and my partner got the full service and our cloths looked like they were ready to go on display at a clothing outlet.

Destroyed my clothes in a wash today! Stains all over my clothes from the machine. Lady who works there was extremely rude and said it was my fault. Do yourself and your clothes a favour and don't go here! Really disappointed.

This place is always super clean and well maintained. The owner is really nice and she has competitive pricing. Prompt service but she does get busy so make sure you have a little time if doing drop off service.My new main go to laundry after being here a bunch of times.

Pros:. Nice owners, change available, soap available $$, lots of baskets and rolling cages, machines seem to work good.Honest review.Cons: very small facility, only have two big washers so can become full fast. Seems a tad bit expensive compared to competitors. 3.50 for small washer. 5.75 for for big washer and 25 cent for 3 minutes for big dryer or 25 cent for 5 min small dryer. I understand this is vancouver but after I calculated 3 loads compared to other places. I paid an extra 12 dollars. There is absolutely 0 parking available. Always full on road (which is metered parking and in the back which is one spot with a tow away sign if you park more then ten minutes). Unfortunately I won't be going back here.
