Big guy electric came after hours on a Thursday evening at 8 p.m. to diagnose a problem that I was having with my Outlets not working in my living room. After some professional Diagnostics he figured out that the neutral wires for the outlets and lamps we're connected incorrectly! Steve fixed the problem quickly and professionally and his pricing was extremely Fair! I would recommend his services to anybody that is having electrical issues with their residential or commercial properties!

I called this company and I spoke to Steve, explained my situation. He sent one of his guys and when I was showing him that my washer/dryer combo that I just bought is not working as there is no power, in no time he figured out what it was and worked on my panel and connected the wires that were disconnected by previous contractor for no reason and left disconnected. He looked into other little things and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use this company for future business. They made my nightmare go away and fixed my electrical issue so fast. Thank you. And I’m going to be calling you soon to do some upgrades in my electrical. Keep up the excellent customer service, professionalism and the great knowledge in what you do.

Well to say I was pleased is an understatement!! Steve and Tico are amazing. Steve responded immediately with guidance and advice. Tico arrived two hours later and made the magic happen. We had a weird problem when we updated our light switches and sockets. No less than 3 people looked at it for days. We tried calling for electricians but Big Guy was the only one who could come on the day. And, well, the problem was fixed within an hour and he didn't even charge anything over and above his charge for the visit. He was also pleasant and was good at explaining what the problem was. Well, I've dealt with different trades people lots. But my experience with Big Guy was top notch and they go on my permanent contact list!

Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient as he took the time to explain the seriousness of our problem. Turns out I was very close to starting an electric fire. My outlets were literally blackened and burnt due to the nature of its installation (10+ years ago), the constant use of my (cheap) space heater overnight, and other electronics all plugged into the same line. This overload knocked out the lights to my room and the one adjacent that shared the same circuit. I wish I took a photo of the outlet that he replaced (literally burnt up and black). Certainly you can understand how extremely lucky and grateful I am to have Steve come the same day to address this potentially tragic issue. Thank you Steve and BigGuy Electric Inc. 12 out of 10 would recommend!

Came across Big Guy Electric after the electrician we hired did not show up. Big Guy Electric responded the same day I called, came by a day later and quoted the work, and the same week completed the work. The work was well done and even cleaned up the debris afterwards. Bottom line, Big Guy Electric showed when they said they would and on time, efficiently and expertly completed the job and the price point is very fair and accurate considering the high quality of work they do. I already have an estimate and scope of work for another electrical project that Big Guy Electric will complete next year.

Highly recommend!Steven came over to give us a quote of what we wanted to get done. He walked us through the process of how he would go about installing our pot lights and new kitchen fan.On the day of Tico came in early and covered all the furniture and floor before they got to work. Both jobs were complete in one day, we were very impressed with their professionalism. You can tell they have pride in their work, Steven did not like the idea of leaving us with a plastic vent cover for the exterior (came with the kitchen fan) so he went out to get us a metal one to ensure it would be long lasting.Overall we are very happy with the service they provided and would use them again.
