Charged me WITHOUT ANY INVOICE OR DOCUMENT after I emptied my storage unit in May when it was owned by Bluebird. Now neither bluebird nor smatstop is responsible for give my money back. Bad service after the owner change.

Deep's customer service was excellent! She took the time to provide options for the best one to choose for our storage needs. Deep had made every effort to make sure we got the right storage. This location is very clean, easy to access and well lit. Highly recommend it if you need a personal extra storage facility. I always enjoy dealing with her whenever I have storage inquiries.Thank you Deep!
