There closing doors 10 minutes before closing time! So frustrating

I had great service when I needed help for an alarm detector piece. But when I bought a Globe Electric doorbell camera, I was sold a device previously purchased. Could not pair the device because previous owner had done so. When I went to return the device, they said wrongly that I had scratched the lens (there wasn'tany plasticfilm on the lens to begin with). I was suspicious that it was previously owned but the clerk couldn't confirm this. They wanted me to pay 20$ for the return which I refused. Called customer service of Globe Electric. They sent me a new" device which works great. Awful return service at Addison which may cause me to never return there again."

Bad advice from salesman bought the item did not work for what I needed brought it back to Laval was given all kind of story’s why they could not exchange it for the product I needed. Very bad attitude from the cashier and the manager. Will never go back

Been there people are better mannered than the people at the 20th Avenue store in Montreal. I prefer dealing with the more mature staff. They are much better dealing with customers. Yes prices are great returns sucks. Recently I cannot exchnge a defective product that broke before I opened the bag.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. For the return they charged me 20% of the invoice. Their rule is, if the item is broken they will charge 20%, you can see their exchange and return policy at the picture. After a long discussion with the customer service representative and the manager, I accepted the 20% and they refunded 80% back to me. In thier return policy it is not clear that for which item they charge 20%, just they are making fool the customers and get 20% in their pocket. You can see the pictures as well. The Laval Addison needs to improve their customer service lavel more, more, more and more.

Terrible service. The staff on duty that day was, how can I say this kindly? Absolutely USELESS. Asked for help, a staff member simply pointed me in the direction of what appeared to be a carbon based humanoid life form. Unfortunately the lack of any apparent signs of intelligence proved the contrary. They are rude, ignorant and obviously not happy to be working. Found the items I was looking for faster and cheaper online. Meanwhile store owners are wondering why their businesses are slowing going under. The answer is on their weekly payroll report. Like the song hours “too bad, so sad…”

Good selection of electronics . Need more staff on the floor ! I couldn’t find any1 to ask questions

I got in the store and I had my backpack with me and an employee asked me to leave it in the front. I'm not even kidding... I just left immediately. Totally unacceptable...

Horrible shopping experience. From the moment I walked in I was harassed by a disgruntled employee because my mask was slightly below my nose. He kept following me around the store yelling at me about my medical condition and kept repeating that if I had a medical condition I needed to go to the front of the store. I kindly explained to him that's not how it works. I politely asked him twice to leave me alone and stop following me. He kept getting right in my face closer and closer each time. It's very unfortunate cuz I usually spend thousands per year in this store as a musician and I loved shopping there. I was simply having trouble breathing and my mask was a millimetre too low for his liking. It was embarrassing to see this employee act this way and to avoid further conflict I walked out. It's unfortunate that the store owners will lose my business and thousands in sales every year as I will never shop there again until I get an apology for the way I was treated. We are all human and we can breathe freely. I was wearing a mask and followed the rules as best as I could but If you are asking employees to be the mask police then you will lose much more business along the way. Btw the mask mandates drop in 15 days. Lol. Best of luck with that.
