I have been getting my Rolex serviced here for over 15 years. Recently got my girlfriend’s inherited Rolex restored and it returned like new. Very happy with the quality of work. Colleen is wonderful to deal with.

I was recommended this place and was not disappointed. They checked over the watch, pressure tested it, set the time and adjusted the speed. Then he told me 1 to 2 years away from a service. This is my first luxury watch and they proved to be very trustworthy professional and friendly. I also bought a beautiful new strap and I couldn't be happier. The service was better than expected and the price was very fair.

Being out of town and a sentimental piece that was a gift for my Dads graduation I was reluctant and didn't want to send it anywhere. Crystel kept me in loop and communication was A1. Worked with me over the phone and email. Sent me some pictures along the way to ensure I was happy. Provided me with details of my piece. Super satisfied and happy of the work performed!! Will recommend to any friends and will use again in the future

I will go to no other place. Word to describe Otto Friedl. Honest. Integrity. Trustworthy. I have brought many of my watches to be serviced and repaired. Never an issue.

They are no longer in the business of doing watch authentications, this must of been a huge percentage of their revenue. Sad they stopped doing this

Wanted the divers extension removed from my Rolex 43mm Sea Dweller bracelet. The Rolex authorized dealer where I bought it didn't feel confident enough to remove it themselves and recommended that I visit Otto Friedl Ltd. And I was not disappointed. I attach a photo of the strap without the divers extension. Looks and feels much better and I was charged much less than I expected. I will definitely use Otto Friedl Ltd again.

Unfortunately my watch face became detached on a flight from Sydney Australia to Vancouver. I found Otto Friedl online and they were able to fix my watch in a couple of hours for a very reasonable cost. Luckily for me they had the parts needed! Fantastic customer service.

I have not been to this store for decades. They last serviced an Omega for me. I was in need of some minor watch repairs. The store was staffed with 3 horologists and is outfitted with all the fancy watch making equipment. They did my repair on the spot even though they were busy and the store was busy. After the repair was done they said no charge. This was after they meticulously fixed my watch after saying it may not be repairable. Of course I tipped them to contribute to their staff slush fund. What an awesome watch servicing company.

They authenticated a used Rolex I purchased. The price to authenticate was $25 and I am very pleased with their services. The watchmaker did a complete analysis and matched up serial numbers and verified the movement.

Brought my omega seamaster to Otto Friedl for a free inspection. I purchased it used and the dealer was not able to provide a service history. Thing is, if Otto Friedl said the watch needed service or it needed parts or whatever, I would've believed them. They told me in honesty my watch looked like service has been done, is keeping reasonably accurate time (-1 to -6s per day) and passed pressure test. Did not charge me a single dime. You can't buy honesty these days. This is why I will be sure to come back to them in the future and tell all my family and friends about them.
