Food was ok but now with higher prices. Ordered a beer, took 5 minutes for the waitress to come back just to tell us that beer isn’t available. Ordered another beer from the tap menu, was told “oh we don’t have that on tap, our new menues haven’t been changed”. They’re new menues, why would you have something on it that isn’t available? At least put tape over it so we don’t think it’s even an option. Waitresses attitude completely changed when no tip was included, gave us the receipt and walked away. No, thanks for coming, have a great day, nothing just up and left (and it wasn’t busy). Don’t know why staff never seems to know what is available for drinks. Don’t they start their shift by asking “ok what isn’t available today” or “what’s the drink special today” . Won’t be going back. It’s always the same thing, unknowledgeable staff/crapy experience.

Most discussing place I have ever had. No customer service not good behaviour. Ask for dipping nobody come to serve. Show them it frozen but didn’t listen. Just bad image of Boston pizza

If I could give this place a 0 star review that's what I would do. Came here in December of 2022 with a friend. We got seated and the server gave us menus. After around 5-10 minutes, the server came and asked for our drinks and we both ordered water and decided to order our appetizer and meals. Even after we got our meals, our drinks or appetizers did not come, nor were we given utensils or mini plates. Sat around for 20 minuets after our food came and the server asked how everything was going. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Very disappointed.

They have changed the recipe of the smokey mountain spaghetti and meatballs. I would compare the meatball to chewing on a tire. Flavor was awful as well. Server was OK. Didn't feel comfortable returning the bad food so had to eat over priced meal.

We were there as an after party for a recent Rock Solid Wrestling Show unannounced just before midnight. Might have overwhelmed the staff but they were professional and kind. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended.

Always consistent quality at Boston Pizza, and the Timmins location is no exception. Very nice patio seating here to enjoy all summer. Friendly hosts and wait staff, too.

Service was below sub-par as usual.Food was OK, but prices have increased by 4 $ on an old favorite after remodeling. They didn't inform me of any changes to the menu prior to asking Richard's red on tap, then Guinness on tap still on menu after remodeling and they don't serve it.

Best experience we've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Jonah was absolutely AMAZING! he kept us laughing the whole night and was very attentive. He treated my kids as if they were his family. We've never experienced a server as friendly and so accommodating. 5 stars is going to Jonah! We will be back!

The bar side, we always get great service and quick orders. The restaurant side, not sure what it is, but service is brutally slow. 10 minutes to get the first visit, and then 30+ minutes for very basic food orders. If you've only got an hour or you're hungry I'd considering going somewhere else. Had to get my food to go tonight! Food is alright, but there's something about speed of service that needs improvement.

Me and my girlfriend have been eating at BP for a long time now, and the service has always been fantastic (shoutout to Jonah who was spectacular during our last visit!) We highly recommend the cactus cut potatoes, the potatoes are crispy and the sauce is to die for. For dessert, we ordered the NY cheese cake with caramel drizzle and i'd give the cheesecake 5 stars on its own. We most definitely will be coming back soon ! :)
