We just had Christian and Andrew at our house helping us with our air conditioning. Our AC was repaired several days before we were expecting it to be. Christian and Andrew were very informative and pleasant :) we would definitely use hamco again for future services!

As far as the product goes (Daikin FIT), it has only been 2 weeks since the system was installed, so I cannot give a credible review for the product itself yet, maybe for another day.I would like to call out the way my Daikin Fit was installed. Initially I was impressed since they initially said it is a 2-day job, but the install team (Greg/Christian/and a lady) managed to finish the job in a day. But then I realized how poor the wiring was done for my HVAC system. They just tied everything and tucked everything to the side of the furnace/duct. It looks electrically unsafe even. My old HVAC was done way more better. I am aware that the new HVAC systems have more electronics, but I've also seen other new Daikin installations and the wiring is not as bad as what has been done on mine. Also, there's supposed to be a holder for all the service manuals that they usually stick to the side of the airduct, but when I asked for it, they said the forgot to bring one and will just come back to install one. So they just put all the manuals on top of the media filter. But they never came back.I already reached out to my sales agent Daniel Poirier, but it's been 2 weeks now, and no action has been done yet or have not heard back from their installation manager as of this writing.Be the judge. I guess that would fall to simply being a poor quality work and poor after sales customer service.UPDATE:I would like to thank the team from HAMCO (Daniel - Sales, Shane - Service and especially Nolan - Technician ) for looking into my concern. It might have taken about 3 weeks, but at least they worked on a solution regarding the furnace wiring (and document holder) and they did not disappoint. You can see from the photos the updated wiring of my furnace. One satisfied customer! Thanks again!

My Parents have been using Hamco since the late 80’s. We are completely satisfied with the on going excellence with all the service. The techs are professional and persistent in solving our heating and cooling issues.So much so we purchased a hot water heater we had no idea they did that but the tech advised us on the type and size we needed. That was also an excellent install. I’m not really a google review type but when it’s good you need to tell others.Give Hamco a try I know you will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Hamco. Our 41 year old boiler up and died on us just about 2 weeks ago and Nolan and Christian were able to diagnose the issue. Based on their feedback, we decided to switch over to a heat pump with mini splits and they put us in touch with the sales dept. Andrew immediately gave us a call and helped us decide on the right mini split system. The main installers, Veronika and Reese were great and very efficient. They went above and beyond making the installation process painless. Overall, I'm impressed with the service from start to finish and the professionalism of Hamco.

I have had an exceedingly positive experience with Hamco, from beginning to end. Andrew was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and be sure the product met my needs. The scheduling was easy and Laura was super helpful when I had questions. Josh, Cory and Justin were friendly, courteous and did great work. It looks and works great! Justin took the time to explain the remote to me and they left everything tidy. Highly recommend!!

Our Furnace / AC stopped working, and Hamco quickly came to our house and replaced the unit within 2 days. Absolutely incredible service, professional, and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

HAMCO did an exceptional job installing both my York AC and my York furnace. Bill gave me several options and helped me figure out what made sense for my home. It was a very positive experience working with Andrew, Bill and the installers. They also did a great job rerouting the ductwork in my basement. (I can now walk around without hitting my head.) I recommend HAMCO highly.

Johnathan and Christian from HAMCO did a great job dong the yearly check up on my home and my rental property furnace and AC. Both Johnathan and Christian were professional and thorough! Always happy with HAMCO!

HAMCO came in on June 13/23 to check the furnace and air conditioner. Jonathon was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that he had done. I found Jonathon to be extremely professional, courteous and friendly.

Hamco recently did a check & clean, fixed our AC system AND installed a new air filter in our home. Mike was very professional, communicated everything clearly and got the job done on good time. Really happy with to be Hamco customers! Our air quality has never been better.
