Build or Fix it Contracting

We had a terrible experience with a contractor - who knows if he is even a legit one - who left the job and paid advance payments to and there was a lot of unfinished work! The previous contractor left the stairs in a dangerous condition which led to one of our family members falling and breaking their hip. Cody and his team took this job on with ease really did fix our problem. We are extremely impressed on the way things turned out and we would give OVER 5 stars if possible. Cody and Dave were always on time and kept us in the loop of everything they will be doing that day and answered all of our questions without hesitation! Very fair and honest and are very hard working people! The professionalism and quality of work needs to be recognized! The attention to detail was outstanding and we had ZERO complaints. We will be completing the rest of the house with them in the future and our family friends already want build it or fix it to do their work after seeing ours! Great experience!!! 100/5 stars:)

We've gone back to Cody and Build or Fix It Contracting several times. Great service from very professional and hard working people. We've had our bathroom tile, kitchen counters and all of the flooring (two levels) done by them. Highly recommended!

To start, Cody and his team are on point. We had a contractor not show up on us and we called in Cody at Build or FIx it Contracting.We needed doors installed and cased, all windows cased, and all modern 5 baseboard installed along with a few other odds and ends. He came through and gave us a reasonable quote ( don't question good tradesman that do good work) and was able to have our project projected further ahead with great quality.He was professional

I have a feeling Cody and Dave will not forget working for us for a long time. To say we are a picky customer would be an understatement. My husband is an extreme perfectionist and Cody dealt with this with complete professionalism.Our renovation consisted of removing a wall and several door frames removed to open up the main floor, as well as doing a full bathroom reno.Dave's work in the bathroom was excellent, his tile work is second to none and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.We live in a house built in the 50's and where walls and partial walls we removed, you can't tell the difference between new and old. The amount of care and quality work that went into the drywall, mudding, sanding etc. was just incredible.They were patient, punctual, considerate and I should note that we felt Cody's price was beyond fair considering the quality of work that he and his team produces.We will absolutely hire Cody back for future projects in our home.

I had a ton of unused space in my Garage. Cody and Shannon came in and built a beautiful loft space for me to store a ton of stuff. The build is of great quality and extremely sturdy. I will be having them back for deck, fence and other builds around the house. Excellent work, very professional and down to earth, excited to continue working with them.
