Great place to go for a casual walk or an intense workout. Wonderful, friendly staff. Programs for every age and fitness level including child care. A real gem for the community.

This is a fully equipped gym in rural (Cornwallis) Nova Scotia. In addition to cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights, the gym has a pool and fitness classes. It is well mainted and kept very clean. We go early and its never crowded and rarely is there any wait to use any equipment.

One of the most beautiful places in Saint John. The facilities just so clean and sanitary conditions are above and beyond standards.The staff are very friendly and right there to accommodate you with the best service and your best interest in mind. I love This facility and the services they provide you with and it's a really great program.
