Wow, was I impressed. The quote for the repair was reasonably priced. Lower than the other quotes. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. The quality of the work is excellent. And...they went above and beyond to please. Oh yes, and honest too.I would recommend them to anyone.

I have taken my rather vintage motorhome to Lethbridge RV Service on two different occasions now with both very positive experiences. I was able to schedule my most recent repair quickly and the work was completed that day. Michelle advised me of other work that I may wish to consider in the future with no pressure and the work they did was completed well and nothing more than required. After I picked up my RV, I came back a few minutes later with another question and Ian was able to quickly address dropping what he was doing and quickly completing the small job innovatively. I would highly recommend this business due to their customer service approach, honestly and communication.

Had some repairs done, overall pretty good experience...but had a window replaced, but not to original working condition. Informed me the no longer do service anymore and didn't even offer to make it right, or help make it right...now i have to pay to have it re- re-done... awesome..

We are camping for the long weekend and our Ac unit stopped working. I called these guys and they were amazing. It has been between 30-37 degrees out all weekend. They came by the day we called, came out to the campsite, and diagnosed the problem. Had parts the next day, came back out and installed the parts. Happy wife happy life.Highly recommend for all your travel trailer needs. Very affordable. Give them a call. You won’t be dissappointed. Michelle was awesome on the phone and Evan the technician was very professional and great to deal with. Service with a smile.

I am soley disappointed in the customer service aspect of this company. I brought my trailer in to have the brakes done on it. Was told it would be done Monday. 5 phones, several text messages and tree days later I finally got a text message saying it was done and asking for my email.Where is the phone calls to your customers stating such things?? Where is the respect in contacting them?? You have poor customer service respect in doing so. I am disgusted with the lack of communication with this company. I was never even noticed that a boot would be put on my trail. Totally disgusted with it all.Lethbridge RV services will never be recommended by me, ever.

We want to add to the existing accolades for Michelle and team! We had battery connection problems in our RV as we were provisioning it for a camping trip last week and had our slides freeze in mid-air. We called Lethbridge RV and spoke to Michelle. Even though it was quarter to five in the afternoon, Michelle asked Jose to come to our site to help us. He arrived and knew exactly what was wrong. Corrosion had interrupted the connection. He cleaned the contacts and told us what to do to keep them clear (boiling water and baking soda). The slides slid back in place and our hearts slid out of our mouths. We are extremely grateful for the graceful compassion and prompt rescue! We will definitely be back in the fall! Thank you!! Leslie and Murray, Lethbridge

Absolutely amazing service done at a very reasonable cost. We are from northwestern Ontario and spent a week here in Lethbridge having our RV looked at. There were many issues and they took care of all of them within the time frame we had. It’s totally worth our while to come back here and have things done. It’s a long drive but we honestly have never dealt with people that give better service ever.Thank you so much, Michelle, Ian and Matthew for going above and beyond.
