They failed to send the fries for one of the orders. The potatoes were extremely spiced, so I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal.I really wanted a nice cream soup & was recommended to try the broccoli & cheddar. It was crunchy (raw), not hot & extremely bland.The manager is suppose to call us back but that hasn’t happened. Will never eat/order from there again and will definitely not recommend.

Tried this restaurant last night and we were dissapointed. My wife ordered the teriyaki rice bowl which came with very little sauce and a very dry piece of chicken breast. I ordered the meatloaf which was well seasoned but why would you put the salad in with the entree when you deliver?? Ended up with some pretty soggy lettuce. The mac and cheese bites, which we all were very excited about, were average at best.I would think this restaurant might be a gem for eat in but the take out wasn't impressive at all.

My wife and I have ordered from here a lot since the pandemic started but in the past couple months their quality and service has plummeted and our last order will be our last order. 40 minutes after the estimated time of arrival I call the restaurant and was assured the driver had just been dispatched…. only to arrive at my house 50 minutes later. I can handle my food taking long to arrive but not an 1.5 hours after the estimated time. Unsurprisingly the food was ice cold and had to nuke everything. I could literally pick up the entire poutine out of the container with the stab of one fork…

The food here is literally so terrible that they have to pretend to be nine (yes literally nine)different restaurants on Uber Eats, and Skip the Dishes in order to get any business, because anyone that's ordered from one of their nine different restaurant names would never, ever order from there again. If you don't believe me, look up tomato bisque" or "field mushroom soup" on either app. You'll find that the same soup with the exact same description

Ordered off skip, two soups. The order took over 2 hours to deliver, and they delivered the wrong kinds of soup. I called them to let them know and they took my phone number. The manager in Sherwood park, DJ, never called back and every time I called nobody was available. The skip score doesn’t reflect the quality and customer service. Both are poor.

Ordered from here using Skip. An hour later our food showed up missing half the order. I called the restaurant right away and they assured me they would rectify the issue and have the missing half of our order on its way shortly. Another hour passes and no food. I call the restaurant back and the menu option I first used just rings and rings. So I call back and request to speak to the culinary staff. This is when I learned the rest of our order was never even made and nobody knew anything about it needing to be re-sent. We will be skipping this place from now on and ordering from Browns, which is honestly better anyway. So much for supporting local.

My food was ordered for takeout so atmosphere and service don’t apply. Food was amazing the first couple of times but lately I have found myself questioning whether to order again. The broccoli and cheddar soup this time wasn’t even edible as there was so much salt and I eat a lot of fast food so that speaks volumes. The pulled pork sandwich wasn’t as good as times before but still okay.

Previous review was 5 stars. Our latest experience was quite different. Order was 50 minutes late and ice cold. We texted them 3 times & called during the late window & gave them an in app review to give them a chance to correct the issue but no response. We like their food, but not late & cold.Excellent. We ordered a burger, steak sandwich & salad. Extras were deep fried cheese curds. Oh my, so good. Everything was still fresh & hot. Order came faster than expected. The only problem, I was visiting my sister (in my bubble)! No Campbell Town Eats in St. Albert!
