We've had unreliable cleaners in the past so we were very happy with Minty Mop's level of communication and professionalism. They sent a very attentive cleaner who did an amazing job. Highly recommend them!

Did not clean the top of fridge, or backsplash behind stove. Obviously didn't even bother to pull either appliance out. Top of cabinets filthy as well as all door frames. Windows were never cleaned neither were the tracks. Huge cob webs around washer/dryer that are easily accessible were not removed. Will now need to clean the entire house ourselves for the new owners.Very poor move out clean on Bradford Ave in Sidney. Would not use or recommend. Disappointed.

I was so impressed with Minty Mop! From friendly service getting me booked in as quickly as possible to the communication and reminders about the service, to the deep clean itself-I was duly impressed!! My cleaner was prompt, friendly and worked hard. This was a difficult job and she made the place shine!! I definitely will have them back again soon and will highly recommend to family and friends.
