I don't usually go to someone new but the prices were very inconsistent with the shop that I was going to earlier.I needed an Oil Change and Break pads that needed to be replaced. I loved that they were quick, honest and respectful. This would be my second oil change and second visit and both times have been great! Just like any mechanic, they will tell you what needs to be updated and what needs to be changed, but what I liked the most was that I didnt feel pressured to do it right away. It was just him advising me for my own knowledge.

I had a terrible experience with Lone Auto Service. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I called, they would hang up on me, and when I finally went to the shop, the person walked out on me after asking about the cost. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go there again.

Worst prices, very expensive and does not know how to do his job properly. came for a simple change to my starter instead of working underneath my car he took out parts of my engine and worked from the top. charged me $500 for something so simple. I even bought the starter myself and he still charged me so much for it. I went to Toronto to get the car fixed only had to pay $50. he does not know what he is doing. VERY GREEDY. This man will ruin your car do not take to him.

Awesome service centre, the owner is very accomodating and reasonable with his prices. He does EXCELLENT work and I’ve had no issues, been coming here since my first car at 16 and am still coming here 16 years later!
