I've put off replacing my knee braces and purchasing orthotics for years! After consulting with Steeles Podiatry, Dr. Niru not only explained and addressed my pains but walked me through the entire claim process (which often times can be overwhelming). Dr. Niru is very knowledgeable, quick, and actually cares about her patients. She does not rush you during your appointments and makes sure to address all your questions.The receptionists are lovely ladies who are quick at responding and it's very easy to make an appointment.Dr. Niru also followed up with me after my purchase to ensure the size and fit were good and to provide direction on use. It was super quick and easy to book a follow up appointment to adjust my orthotics.The clinic is also clean and has enforced proper protocols commensurate with Public Health guidelines related to COVID-19.I highly recommend this clinic - you will not be disappointed!

Had an exceptional experience at this clinic. Dr. Niru was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly. The clinic is neat and situated in a convenient location. The receptionist was courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

This place is great. From the moment I walked in the receptionist greeted me with a welcoming. There were a couple of patients ahead of me but the wait time wasn't very long as they seem to be efficient at booking and processing people through. After 1 visit, some orthotics and some suggestions from the doctor the pain in my feet has dissipated!

The clinic is very clean and the service is very efficient. I was able to be in and out amongst what's going on in the world. The doctor and front staff were very polite. Dr. Niru is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. My wife and I purchased knee braces, orthotics, and orthopedic shoes. Dr. Niru followed up with us on her own to confirm whether the size and fit were good. Good thing she followed up because the orthotics needed to be adjusted. She immediately had us book a follow up appointment and adjusted it for us.Despite being in a pandemic, we felt safe going to the clinic due to their proper health protocols.The receptionists are really nice and easy to work with.We recommend this clinic 100%

Took my dad here for a checkup as he likes to walk but is usually in pain afterwards . The receptionist was very helpful and Dr. Niru was very knowledgeable. My dad is older and has Parkinsons they were very patient with him. He is enjoying his orthotics and taking a lot more walks now without any pain in his feet.

If I can give a 20star rating, I would! They're an amazing team. Super accommodating and flexible with pretty swanky technology. Compared to other places, you get the comprehensive treatment here with what you need to do at home to complement their work. They're prompt and responsive to emails and calls. They all have a calm soothing approach, you'd think you're at a spa! I wouldn't even consider switching anywhere else and I drive out of my way to get here!

I've seen a few different podiatrists in the past for my flat feet, but this doctor is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. The staff here are also polite and the clinic is very clean. Will definitely recommend!!! Thank you for the perfectly fitting orthotics and pleasant service.
