Location is good, but sitting is basic, at par with any subway. The highlight of the place is that they use fresh ingredients. I ordered Fajita chicken wrap, and it was very delicious. The greek salad was okay, I’ve had better salads in Halifax. But the smoothies were a nah for me, probably because they were not traditional and made with some Mediterranean touch, a bit too expensive as well.The staff was very friendly. I’m definitely going back for the Fajita chicken wrap.

The staff didn’t know if the granola was gluten free and seemed to not know how to find out. Seemed very untrained. Maybe he was new but kinda made me not want to support this business I was previously really excited about finding online.

Super great!! Just went today for the first time and the staff was wonderfully friendly and kind. I’d placed an online order for a chicken shawarma bowl and the food was delicious, fresh, and it was a massive bowl! Super filling yet it still feels light and great. Can’t wait to come again and try all of their other bowls/salads :)

CRAZY good prices! staff is so so friendly. the portions sizes are very generous too. i love this place and i définitely plan on coming back. healthy food with a great selection of desserts. they also sell some produce (apples, green peppers, etc.) which is nice. their menu can accommodate pretty much any diet too which is great. i recommend ordering and then taking your food to sit at the park nearby that’s literally across the street from it if it’s nice out.

Ordered from Uber Eats, said 15-20 mins, 50 minutes later a guy on a bike still hadn’t picked it up and was no where close. Cancelled and was charged anyway. Think a fruit bowl made of almond milk and a smoother would still be good after an hour and a half? I doubt it.Response: you had a chance to fix it, even here, and didn’t, ultimately you are responsible, and people need to know what might happen.

A great spot for delicious food. Had the Chicken Fajita bowl and wasn’t disappointed. The ingredients were fresh, and the dish was hot when I picked it up. Fantastic service and I would recommend this place to many of my friends!

I’ve been a regular here for months. It’s my first option for healthy quality food, very fresh, and very tasty. The portions are generous and always leave me satisfied after the gym.
