SHE is a magical space! You can feel the love and good energy the second you walk in the door. Amanda is such a lovely host and will make you feel pampered the second you walk in the door! Highly recommend the Indian head massage if you’re looking for a treatment.

SHE didn’t disappoint!!The host was such a gem. She made us feel right at home and was quick to respond. Made our stay one of the best I’ve experienced. The space is stylish with all the right touches to make it cozzie and chic. The beds were so comfortable. Very clean with such warmth with all the decor. The warm pool was so nice to be in with the sauna just a few steps away. The whole layout was perfect for my friends and I. I can’t wait to book again soon for another night in with the girls. Thanks again for all your help in making this a very memorable experience with the girls!

Great place! Everything was clean,convenient,ready for us.The pool was cold though.We had not a pleasant surprise next day-$226 fine for extra heating of the pool. And were not able to prove that when we arrived and when we left the pool was the same temperature.My advise would be to make the photos of all temperature related switches.This was the only thing.The rest was great! Really great!

We celebrated our birthday at this place. We were a company of 26 people. When we came the space was already heated and ready for us. Everything was clean and absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every moment...BUT... I want to give one suggestion for the owner: please put visible stickers don't touch or you will fine" near every switch that you don't want people to touch... It will save money for you and for your guests and will help to avoid unpleasant moments on both sides...I wont give 5 stars just because this unpleasant evident that happened to us..."

Booked this place for an overnight experience for a group of 9.Pros: pool space is large and has plenty of seating. Sleeping area is cozy. Location is scenic. Communication with staff during booking was easy.Media equipment was very easy to operate and great to have the projector in the pool room.Cons:Pool is not heated as advertised. The room is heated but not the pool.Bathrooms are not on the sleeping level.The cutlery was not clean. And there is no sink in the eating area to rinse the dishes.There were many ladybugs and ants on both the pool level and sleeping level.Generally the place is not very clean.Could hear a child crying early in the morning from the adjacent living quarters.Overall an okay experience but the lack of cleanliness was hard to see past. We expected a luxurious experience which this fell short. However the concept is great and hopefully this place will improve or other similar business models will open up.

I recently hosted a team-building event for our office staff at SHE, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. Amanda, our gracious hostess, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time.We particularly enjoyed our Indian head massages with Amanda and tarot reading with Sasha. Both were absolutely amazing, and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.The AirBnB, lounge, pool and spa facilities were lovely. Amanda thoughtfully curated a space with beautiful decor, comfortable amenities and great vibes!Overall, I highly recommend SHE Ottawa for anyone looking to host an event / have a fun and rejuvenating spa experience among friends. The staff were friendly and professional, the services were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was incredible.Thank you for an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back with my girlfriends for an epic girls weekend!!

I have now experienced this beautiful venue twice- both times equating to nothing short of magical. The ambiance/decor, the warm pool area, the relaxing sauna and the unexpected extras from the host were TO DIE FOR. The beds are comfy, chic and rustic. Truly the most mystical getaway you can find less than 30 minutes from Ottawa.

Pictures are identical to the spa, location is perfect, just outside of Richmond. It’s a cute gorgeous, fun, little spot for a bachelorette party.HOWEVER, the spa does not allow air conditioning. The unit was at an 85 degree Celsius in sleeping area and there is a $200 fine to touch thermostat.Great spot if you don’t need AC.

A truly unique and luxurious space! Would highly recommend Amanda as an event host. SHE provided us with a delicious spread of snacks and a comfortable atmosphere for our girls night in. The indoor pool and sauna are a relaxing way to unwind in the comfort of a place that feels like home. The love that went into creating this space and the attention to detail is obvious. Already planning my next event!

I cannot express how amazing this location is for any event you would want to celebrate. The host is organized and very accommodating to any need you may have during your stay. I recommend SHE to anyone who is looking to have a magical time. The space is clean and what is seen on the website is a reflection of what you would receive upon your stay.
