Great guys with great work ethic.Buchi, Salah and Joseph did a great job moving us last weekend.They did such an amazing job those guys.First hiring a moving company but they went above and beyond to make sure move went very smooth.I will definitely recommend them and Helping Hands Family Movers.Great moving company.

Helping Hands Family Movers helped with our parkings last week.The 3 crew who helped did such amazing job, Christin, Sandra and Mathew did an excellent job parking up our breakables and all that.Highly recommend these guys.Best moving experience so far.

OVERALL TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I Highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY. THEY’RE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give no stars that would be my rate for them.They lost my couch legs and acted like it's not their fault. The employees will flirt with you and ask you to buy them booze. The owner is very standoffish does not take things serious in regards to his company. I never asked for money i asked that you reimburse me for the cost of my couch legs that your workers lost. Unfortunately my couch has been discontinued now so i have to make a custom order for my legs. I have tried to be peaceful toward you and your company but when you neglect to own up to your mistakes states it all. Nothing i said was a lie. Act professionally and your overall experience will change. Necessary actions have been taken against this company.

We hired team of 3 movers from helping hands family movers to help with our moves and I must say we got the A" team.Ron

From the moment of first contact all the way through the quote and the move, it was a pleasure to work with this company. We just recently moved a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house to another 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house - with brand new construction at the new place - and the team that completed the work was professional, courteous, and cheerful the whole way. The gentleman who came out to do a quote weeks ahead of time was also thorough and informative.Our moving day had many unexpected dilemmas - from street parking being unavailable at first (despite us clearing it ahead of time with help from our neighbors, only to find construction vehicles taking up the street less than an hour later) and our alley-access driveway having too steep of an incline for the moving truck, to our new house's driveway being leveled for concrete paving and the temporary steps to the front door being removed *on the day of our move* (paving that was scheduled to take place two weeks prior and then suddenly happened without notice). The moving team found solutions to every issue that got in our way and were absolutely delightful the entire time.We are thrilled with the entire experience. They were careful with the carpets and flooring in both houses (attached photos of this) and they were diligent about placing all the items - furniture and boxes both - exactly where we needed them to be.
