Dr Middlebrook is an amazing Doctor that is knowledgeable and shows so much care for her patients. She is also fantastic with kids, both of my children love going for their doctor visits! All of the staff are also very friendly and efficient.

Dr is good but waiting 2x 1.5 hours on hold to connect with receptionist to book an appointment. And then driving over an hour for the scheduled appointment to find the office closed. Time to look for a new GP.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Hack for a few years now and I have to take the time highly endorse his ability as a Family Physician.The man is amazing, no matter what you come to him for he always provides a positive outlook and a solution to your problems.If you require a specialist, he is connected to the best there is and he goes out of his way to make it happen.He is a true credit to his profession.

The staff is so incredibly rude! I am really co considering switching my doctor after 11 years just because of the unprofessional, not empathetic staff. Please change the attitude, the clients who are calling the doctors office are usually in meed or help and this attitude is far from helping. I usually do not write reviews, but today someone very rude hang up a phone on me.

Dr. Arshad Hack
Dr Middlebrook is the most amazing doctor. I feel that I am in good hands with her. She takes the time to truly listen to you, and she always keeps an open mind. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable, while also being incredibly compassionate and kind. I cannot say enough amazing words about her and I am so thankful to be in her care. There really is no better doctor out there. She is the most wonderful.

Dr Hack is one of the most professional physician in Halton. He cares about his patient and goes over the top to help you. i can not thank him enough for the support he has given me to my recovery and health. I am extremly lucky i have him as my doctor

My Doctor retired after having him for over 40 years, and I loved him.I was thankful Dr. Arshad Hack took me on as his patient. I have only seen him twice now but I am very very happy with him so far. He is a great Doctor and a down to earth guy with great humor. I am thankful to have him.Update: I have been seeing Dr. Hack for 4 years now and I am so happy and thankful to have him for my Family Doctor. He is the best. I Love him. Knowledgeable, caring, always listens to you and never rushes you.

Dr. Hack is an exceptionally competent, friendly, professional physician with a great network. He is young enough to be very technically savvy and progressive, yet experienced enough to have deep breadth of knowledge. I realize it is probably impossible to get into the clinic but he still deserves the positive review. Songbird, as a clinic (with multiple docs), seems very well run and they care about customer service" but this review is mainly about Dr. Arshad Hack."

Myself and my family recently became patients at Songbird Medical and we have had the best experience! Dr. Pirello has been great, both my kids loved him and he’s super nice and knowledgeable, so is the Nurse that works with him. Joanne at the front desk is so great, she’s so friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the office.
