“As a nurse I have never seen such apathy or disorganization. Elderly mother waiting until 10pm to get her wound care done and not even knowing if nurse will show up.”“Terrible with filling shifts, numerous times they have left a palliative patient without a visit meaning he goes without food or medication for hours, already switched to Bayshore......scheduling doesn’t care and won’t listen to a word you say just say they are sorry we don’t have anyone.”“Not able to adapt to patients needs.”“Apparently they have the right to refuse care? Tell LHIN that, so they can hire another agency.”“You are not allowed to voice your concerns, if you do then you are dismissed.”“ Supposed to find own care, that other patients need more help than I do.”Ace, Julia, Vihn, Truc, Sean, Senor, JF, Jaye, Kirsten, Jill, BN.....As an advocate I have been contacted by several people and family care givers who are frustrated and fed up. As a professional, I do not understand the attitude towards your position in patient care. I also don’t understand the need of the management to write their own review Matthew.Thank you for the general email address. I have been in contact, or rather no contact from the director, so I have since skipped the line and went with a team that is researching this province wide. If you would like to help you could start internally by taking people’s concerns seriously instead of telling them they are being unreasonable or simply taking it out on the client when a family member voices their concerns. The employees here should remember that they will also be old one day and most will not likely to be able to afford private healthcare.

When they phone two months after my family member has died, asking to speak with dead family member to survey how their service was-there’s a serious disconnect and they should be absolutely and utterly ashamed of themselves.Tells you right there how your service was. Disgraceful. And this is coming from a former 10 year employee of your company. I am embarrassed and disgusted at what you’ve become.Do not respond asking for more information. All of it is listed above. And add to it that your company has ZERO continuity of care and could not fill two, 1hr visits per week. And the rare times you could, it was a different face every time. Abhorrent care of a palliative patient.
