I don't know if it's just me but I wanted to buy the Honda CBR that they have but we had a misunderstanding about doing a service on my bike that I was going to trade in. I asked Troy if it was okay to do the service myself or the dealership. He said he preferred the dealership just to make sure that there are no check engine lights on. So I thought It would be fine if I did it myself as long as there was no check engine light and any warning lights on. He said they would buy my bike for 7000 if the service was done out of my pocket or they can buy it for 6500 if they had to service it them selves. But it's fine I still bought the same bike that I wanted at a different dealership on the same day. Just surprised that a simple oilchange would be an issue just because I did it myself. I mean they would make money of my bike and they would also make money on the bike I was going to buy from them. Maybe it's just me...just make sure you guys have the receipts on the service done to your bike with this dealership.

The guys in the apparel section are outstanding. Both went the extra mile for making sure my new helmet fit perfect and looked rad. They were super busy when I visited the shop but still made sure I was well looked after and even made sure they knew my name. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for riding gear especially! Thanks guys!!!

My brother has been has been this dealership for years. So when I found myself craving a larger, more powerful motorcycle, I called Troy. He invited me to come in, was super informative and helpful and gave me a great deal on a Ducati Monster 937.I needed some other parts installed and Kreig was great in ordering, contacting me and finishing the work ahead of time. He answerd all my questions and even made adjustments for me to make my riding safer and easier.These guys went over and beyond to help me and I am very happy that I chose this store. I will be going back for all future service and to trade in my bike in a couple of years.

They are experts on the brands they sell and service. Customer support could not be better. Excellent experience with sales, service and support. They are great.

Mauricio is patient and friendly. He gives professional advices to help me choose motorcycle gears, and spends time on his own to help me with installing communication system on the helmet.

Amazing bikes and sales staff is great! Parts and service has never been good at customer service. Choose wisely depending on your reason to go in.

We were looking for helmets today and the service provided by the apparel sales folks at High Road was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Saphire and her co-worker really know their stuff! From measuring our heads, evaluating the fit, providing us with truthful pros and cons of each type, style and model of helmet including the logic of one model over another was second to none. They were both extremely knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them enough. Likewise, we also purchased communicators and they installed and completely set them up for us. We are looking forward to riding comfortably together again. If we could give more stars, we would.

This is a well overdue review....I have been going to BMW High Road for years to buy bikes and service them. Fantastic service and staff, the guys in sales, Troy and Steven, are like family to me now, Justin, Kreig, and Nicole on the service side, and Will in parts are on top of what they do and look after you, there has even been a couple of times that they delivered my bike or accommodated me on their day off. Can't thank you guys enough!
