National Acrylic & Spa Repairs

Contracted by Mirolin. This company took a grinder to my tub shower without even verifying what repair was necessary first. The technician guessed as to what the problem was based on our conversation. Did not test fit the unit after the repair. Still doesn’t fit. When trying to deal with the issue the technician hung up on me and the office almost did the same. They did not want to deal with the issue at hand and would not return any of my calls for further assistance. Compete waste of time !!

Very disappointing experiences with National Acrylic. They resurfaced our pool steps 3 years ago. Problems developed with the resurfacing in the first year. Getting them back to repair the problem was almost impossible. Many cancellations and no shows on their part. They eventually did show up but the problem has returned. They promised to come last week but once again we have had a string of cancellations, no shows and no contact from National Acrylic. They botched my neighbours pool steps so badly, he now has to have the stairs replaced at great expense. I cannot recommend and encourage you to avoid using this company. I wonder how this place is even still in business.

Fast and friendly service. The tech knew what needed to be done and fast easy payment. Great little family business!!

I hired this company to repair two chips in an acrylic fibreglass shower pan and a tub. Both chips were on the edge and surface only, but visible. They did a great job colour matching and it is impossible to tell where the repairs are. Both fixtures are ever so slightly off-white (not a brilliant white) making it harder to match. I booked them months ago for a date that I was sure my tilers would be done, and they arrived on the day that I pre-booked them for. They were recommended to me by an Ottawa tub refinishing company.
