Journey Club

Don’t let them fool you, I just witnessed some of your health care aid staff treat a NEW PERSON on the job with such ignorance and insensitivity. Please teach your staff to be able to be as caring to one another as they SEEM TO BE for your clients… such unprofessional behavior for a facility that beautiful.

Very upset with this place. My Dad fell numerous times while in their care" to the point that he now has a bad head and face injury and is in the hospital. We are leaving the facility and as of a week after the accident have not heard back from any staff in the Journeymam club. Never again!"

The staff in the Butterfly Care homes here are amazing, my Grams is always taken care of and has done so much better with this style of care as her dementia has progessed, after we tried Fish Creek United (which was wonderful when she had only mild dementia) and Amica Brittania. Tiana, Jennifer and everyone have been wonderful!

Beautiful facility. My 63 husband was in Journey Club memory care for 6 months. They advertise “The Butterfly Program” but their staff (which seem to change regularly) are not trained in that capacity. They need more training on dementia residents that are still fairly young, still mobile yet non verbal. If he was non mobile it may have been a better situation. To call security or 911 when they become agitated is not managed care. He has now been living in a hospital for 2 months awaiting a bed in a facility. Very disappointed in Journey Club. I would suggest speaking with other residents families before placing your loved one in this facility.

Nice place, nice kitchen, staffs and chefs are awesome
